Found Deceased WI - Robert Mcilrath, 67, didn't return from morning walk, Pepin Co, 31 May 2022

The Pepin County Sheriffs Office along with firefighters are actively searching for Robert Mcilrath 67. Robert was last seen early this morning around 5:30am and is believed to have left his home for a morning walk.

Robert has been know to walk around the CTH N Pepin area in and around the Big Hill Road area. Unknown clothing description or direction of travel, if you have seen Robert please call the Pepin County Sheriffs Office at 715-672-5944.

The Sheriff’s Office is NOT currently looking for volunteers to help with a search at this time.

Follow up to the search effort for Robert Mcilrath, 67 of Pepin.
Searchers located Robert in a wooded area off of 16th Creek Road Pepin, WI last evening. Robert was pronounced dead at the scene by the Pepin County Coroner.
