Putting his wife aside, he has lost his children. They will never respect him again. IMO.

I don’t see how.. that’s a long slow hard walk home… moo

I just have to believe that there more to the story and they are try to somehow get him back to the US … moo

Hmmm......
Additional charges ?
IF a spouse takes out (w/o permission from the other party) a mutual bank fund that was contributed to by both spouses, or like I mentioned a 401k -- isn't that considered theft ?
Imo.

Have you noticed in his video, where he states to be in his apartment, how he speaks with low voice as if he did not want to be heard by someone around ?

Maybe the woman has small children?

Looks like a very posh and brand new apartment. The couple of seconds that showed the living room that looked massive! Most likely, he has paid one year's rent upfront (typical in the Balkans and further afield to avoid questions from the landlord and skip the request for references and a registration document in the local police station.)

I think theft, gotta be something with the insurance policy, and moving family funds and a few more things … is there an official charge for just being a jerk to your spouse and kids?

i mean he's saying his name outloud and he's wanted
that's not something to scream
they dont know where he is, or at least that's what they are saying

as an aside a brief google search of the capital of Uzbekistan tashkent and you will see A LOT of condo apartments that look just like that

He states that the corresponding time in wisconsin is more or less 10AM,
There is UTC -6….Eastern Europe is UTC +2…
This would make time in Eastern Europe at 6 pm only.

I would therefore think he speaks with a low voice for another reason…

Unless he is not in Eastern Europe and where he is , is night….At 10 AM in WI, it is late in that part of Russia next to Uzbekistan (UTC +5), ETA Uzbekistan is also UTC +5

ETA also: for 1 sec we can see a window and it is dark outside. The video was taken according to him on 11/11. Being winter, probably it is already dark anywhere where it is at least 5h30 pm

Yes the biggest and most major crime committed was the insurance fraud and that is federal.
which they got him to admit to with the video proof of life sent
so that's a confirmed charge he will get whether he wants it or not.
funny if he never faked his death, hed probably have been fine

But I do have a feeling there is something with identity theft and setting up accounts with fake information that may also be waiting for him
along with his wife's divorce paper

OK, this must sound crazy but a question just came into my mind...would this man be stupid enough to fly into a country where adultery is illegal and punishable by a prison sentence, flogging, and (in a few cases) the death penalty, without knowing it, and that is one of the reasons (apart from the possible federal charges, life insurance fraud, etc) there is a hurry from the US authorities to get him out of there before local authorities find out he is actually a married man?

I would be interested to know how much international travel experience he has and whether he carried out proper research before moving to wherever he moved to.
I don't get the impression from the way he speaks this man knows much about the world outside the US.

All my speculation, of course.

I mean i dont think the woman who set him up there was aware he was married with kids.
because i literally cannot think of another reason she would be cooperating with the police.... unless she is also wanted for being an accomplice and she's trying to save herself.

I don't think adultery illegal or punishable in Uzbekistan. No flogging. No death penalty.

But we do not know where he is, that's the thing.

Not if you are married under another Country civil law and you do not try to get married without divorcing first. You would not be accused of adultery. They would not even know you re married.
Imo.

In Uzbekistan, polygamy is still common even though the gov tries to fight against it

I understand what you say but bear in mind he had no plans of getting a divorce because he expected to become ''officially dead'', so I wonder what his future plans were (or still are) with this Uzbek woman, getting a fake ID and pretend to be single to get married?

I honestly hope he is not in a country where laws are much more extreme with these things; he could get in serious trouble.

We don't know for sure the Russian-speaking woman is "the woman." It could be her mom, for example who didn't realize the full picture when talking to USA LE. Or, maybe it was yet another woman he was in contact with and she had a different email for him that the LE was able to then contact.

I've seen people be located just from images of an apartment interior before, so should be a matter of time.

But we do not know where he is, that's the thing.
IMO, if not in Uzbekistan, he is either in the western part of Russia, or in Turkey or in Bulgaria.
Don’t ask why, just a gut feeling based on all I read and observed
Of course MOO and could be totally wrong

Are the two thingies on the ceiling electric & heating meters or what are they? I can't increase the size of the video to see if they have a registration number or any logo/brand name.
