LE leads to obstruction charge. Federal charges may happen.
$35-40,000 spent will be sought in restitution.
Using Ryan's computer data, LE tried to reach Ryan.
LE communicated with a female who spoke Russian.
Nov 11: LE contacted Ryan thru the Russian woman. Ryan furnished a video (to be shown at presser, but having a tech glitch atm)

LE doesn't know where Ryan is. He has not decided to return home.

LE in almost daily communications with Ryan. Ryan stashed ebike near lake. Staged kayak on lake and dumped phone. Paddled inflatable boat to shore. Rode ebike to Madison, bus to ?? (I missed this) got to Detroit. I missed this info - someone please fill in.

LE is asking Ryan to come home safe to USA to children.
