The Green Bay Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating missing 17-year-old Sapphire Hammer of Green Bay.

Family has concerns about her welfare.

Sapphire is an Indian female, approximately 5'6" tall and weighing about 250 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen on Sunday, November 30, 2025, around 7:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of Doty Street. She had been in contact with her family after leaving home, but that communication stopped this evening, Monday, December 1, 2025, with her whereabouts unknown.

The public is asked to review the photos of Sapphire provided by her family.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Green Bay Police Department have released a statement saying they have located 17-year-old Sapphire Hammer.

The press release from the department says she is safe and back home.
