Her and dagoberto’s divorce: Wisconsin Circuit Court Access

A few things. First, dob for dagoberto should be 1957, based on other records, not 1927 as they wrote. Susan’s maiden name was Rodriguez.

Date missing for Susan is August of 2004. This divorce was filed by dagoberto in February of 2004. Although it was a default divorce, the proof of service was filed 3/10. If it were a publication notice there would have had to be proof of service by publication. As there wasn’t one, someone signed a legal document saying they personally served her. There was a written stipulation. I’d love to see if she signed it.

Another weird discrepancy. Wisconsin Circuit Court Access This is a restraining order filed by Susan against dagoberto. It was carried over from an old computer system to now. The tro was granted, alternatively in 1995 (presumably they reconciled) but some of the dates say June 22, 1979. Susan only would have been 13 so this date is in error.

Nunez’s NaMus was updated today. I have the whole file now. At the time she went missing she knew she was an addict and told her sons she wanted to return to Texas, where she was born, before she died. Her son said they had family in Houston but knew nothing more about it.
