Town of Madison police said 45-year-old Terra Caswell, of Milwaukee, was reported missing Feb. 4 from the Domestic Abuse Intervention Services at 2102 Fordem Ave. in the town of Madison.
Caswell’s daughter told police she spoke with Caswell via text message and phone Feb. 13, according to the alert. Caswell told her daughter she was fine and was living in Madison at an unknown location.
Caswell is described as a white woman who is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. She has reddish-brown hair and blue eyes. Police have not released a photo a Caswell.
