This was not Lucas, I checked the Doe and Lucas is listed as excluded. So I don't know who it was.

Timothy C. Lucas (5282DMIL) missing since January 06, 2012 from Chicago, Illinois. His case was closed by NamUs. No further information is available.

Is there any info about his disappearance? Apparently he suffered from mental disorders, which may be a clue to what happened. Either way, at least it's resolved.

No information beyond what was in his NamUs file. He was mentally ill and thought he was a government agent. I don’t know how things ended and doubt anyone will tell us. Not a lot of bad news identifieds coming out lately, despite them occurring.
