She was married to John Winbun at the time of the death of the first set of twins. John Winbun has not been charged with domestic abuse nor have there been any accussations of such.

There's a WHOLE LOT of stretching going on.

John Winbun was arrested along with Susan Winbun on drug charges in 2002. They were also cited for allowing their 16 year old foster son to help in the operation. gamegirl, I am in no way saying I know what this woman went through or why her other children died. I'm just reporting what is out there. That's pretty serious that you have a 16 year old foster child and he's dealing along beside mom and dad.http://www.madison.com/wsj/topstories/281721

UPDATE (WKOW) --- David Yates has been sentenced to two consecutive life sentences with no possibility of parole in the murder of his infant twins.

The fact that these people were able to foster anyone scares me.
