MILWAUKEE — A Milwaukee newspaper reported Monday that local police had arrested a suspect in connection with the killings of seven women, including six suspected prostitutes, over a 21-year period that started in 1986.

This is ridiculous. This is one of the first things you do when go to jail is give a sample of DNA and give fingerprints. Or at least thats what they make it seem like. 12,000 people is not shocking he said. WOW. Thats 12,000 people that probably got away with more than they actually did. Really frustrating.
