? i dont understand how someone could get into trouble unless they are somehow hacking into accounts ? which to me unless your law enforcement is just plain wrong . it was public cuz i seen it too .

No we wouldn't, if you dont want someone looking at your page you set it to private. Once public anyone can see it.
