Nanaimo RCMP searching for missing 31-year-old Indigenous man​

Nanaimo RCMP are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 31-year-old Indigenous man.

William Elliot is said to be currently experiencing significant personal difficulties and has not been seen since Thursday, June 7th.

His friends and family are extremely concerned for his personal well being and safety.

According to RCMP, Elliot frequents downtown Nanaimo and is believed to be in the Nanaimo area.

He is described as standing 5’7” tall with a stocky build. The only clothing description provided was a blue baseball cap and blue bandana.

Anyone with information on William Elliot’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Nanaimo RCMP at (250) 754-2345.

According to a Nanaimo RCMP press release, William Elliot, 31, is missing and loved ones are extremely concerned for his well-being and safety. Elliot frequents downtown Nanaimo and is believed to be in the Nanaimo area.

He stands 5-foot-7 and is described in the press release as Indigenous and having a stocky build. He may be wearing a blue baseball cap and blue bandana.
