That can't possibly mean what it seems to can it? That LE has an open witness or evidence tampering case that was active at a minimum as recently as October? And if I am reading correctly between the lines, it seems not just focused on Ms. Buchanon, but seems to be asking some questions regarding two of KC's lawyers? (note all of the defense filings highlighted and annotated.)

Have we ever seen those letters Jose sent to Brad Conway before, requesting that he search TES for them and turn over a ton of physical materials related to KC? Why would they be in there if they were not looking at JB himself?

Well, if they brought in Brad Conway they no doubt were investigating both at one time IMHO.
Wasn't it mentioned in one of the controlled convos? Something about the As? I know it was said to try and extract info from LB...but IIRC all she did was agree.

I can not remember ever seeing those letters from JB.

Well, I think we all kinda figured out that LB was in big trouble with the papers that were found...or should I say not found. A form with no number...really?

ETA: is the doctored form- the one that has LB's name on top as team leader-is that the one they said had no number? I'm trying to figure out what's missing...I thought I did see printed form numbers. Does anyone know what they are specifically talking about?

Thanks...I went back and looked to see if he resigned after October's meeting with LE...didn't think about the initial depo.

Ok...now help me with this...the forms were presented by JB first? Because I do remember LE going to look for the original and not being able to find it in Texas. Am I remembering this correctly?

And my guess is it was JB who arranged for LB to get an attorney because when he was talking to AP, LB had not shared any of that information with RB. And LB was then passed off to a criminal attorney. So much for trusting KC's defense. And too many "B's" here. lol

Hmmmm, interesting that Baez and Brown seemed to have a previous 'chummy' relationship.

But perhaps not so odd if Baez suggested Brown to LB through a referral by Baez' good buddy Geraldo.

...and LB admits to someone (KJ?) that she never handed in her papers...or handed them in late? First said 3 weeks...then 3 hours...does that mean she went back in the evening and handed them in? And those notes...she had them and the SA's office didn't? Oh my, Mrs. B. is in BIG trouble. Seems like she conveniently knew when to say "I don't remember"..."I don't recall".

Gives new meaning to what LDB said when answering JB in court about the release of docs...how there's not a whole lot of investigating that needs to be done. Oh boy! The SA must have made JB sweat waiting for this load of info. Doesn't he get it like a few weeks before we do?
