August 16 2010 Skype Depo with LB
States that Laura faxed several documents to the SAO one of them being a Field Team Activity Report and has Laura's name on Top as a Team Leader..
It appears that most of the form is filled out in Laura's handwritting..

In the transcripts of the phone calls between Laura and Anne Laura keeps denying and going in circles about the forms Anne is questioning her about that has her name on it that Anne denies writing...and is suspicious that Laura may have signed her name..



BTW.....Did Laura Buchanan have a lawyer present when she did the August 16 2010 Depo?

It was brief. Beth Karas discussed that Laura is the defense witness and that now Anne has come forward to contradict Laura's statements. They played a brief audio of one of the controlled phone calls between Laura and Anne. Discussed the date in question Sept 3/4.

It went back to the murder trial of Dr. Yazeed Essa so it was brief coverage.

LB came to Caylee's memorial and stayed with Anne P
After the memorial Anne took Laura to meet a rep with a cable tv talk show so Laura could be interviewed about the case.

Anne said Laura liked to sensationalize things and she would be hesitant to believe anything Laura said as fact.

Also...if she is an EMT in NJ....she is in Basic Life support....which is not saving lives per say......that is left for the Paramedics that get paid for it but the Local hospitals. BLS usually handles basic calls, and then calls Advanced Life support if the situation worsens.

Also, EMT's in NJ are usually a volunteer job.....working with a Rescue squad. At least that is the way it was a few years back

Sorry to quote my own post but I got to thinking. LB was being investigated for her "role". I can't help but wonder if Mr. Gil C. will be next?

He implied he was calling Anne as a participant with TES. What people didn't know at the time was that he made a number of those calls from his private cell phone that was registered to a defunct company. Wonder if the JAC knows about that?????

He appears to be working under his daughter's license, yet his phone was listed under another (not current) company?? Hmmmmmm ethical?????? Nope.

I got excited when you wrote deposition...I thought it was the re-scheduled 2nd depo done here in Orlando in November...

According to Anne's statement, Laura is a stay at home mom...

To answer my own question above
Yes...Raymond Brown was her lawyer at the August 16, 2010 depo with the prosecutors..Baez and Mason were also present at that depo

Again....don't quote me on this....but years ago when I was an EMT..we ran from 6pm to 6am. ALS ran during the day.....she was dumping the kids on her husband probable

That line seems to be part of the script all the people who were calling TES volunteers used. My female caller said almost the same thing. I hung up quite quickly, so I don't know what else she might have said afterwards.

She sent Jose a picture of herself and her 5 year old daughter...so he would have an idea of the person he was talking to

...and in clear violation of what the Judge ordered. Am I NOT getting something here? Why hasn't this been brought up in Court?
