The real "gem" might be hinted at in the last page of Conway's depo. (See nums' post #318. pdf pgs. 39 & 40) We ONLY have the 1st and last pages and that is probably all we are going to get. :tears:

Beach, I don't believe these pages are missing and unobtainable. I believe if the media requested and paid for them they would be made available. I know here where I am, (pusuant to Local Rules) we do a notice of filing of deposition and only file the first and last pages of the transcript because the clerk's office does not want volumes and volumes of paper in their office. It is also a way for the court reporters to make money off of their work (rightly so I might add). If they filed the entire depos the no one would ever pay them for copies.

So we can only hope some deep pocket media corp will pay to have these depos released to them.

And look at pg. 1. It states the case # you cited and "Associated with Case # 08-74777". (I need to go look up the case # of FL v. Casey Anthony. I forget. One of them is bound to match...)

Thanks Beach. I think I've got it now. Silly me, I went back and reread this thread.
I remember when the doc dump came out on Friday and seeing those transcripts with the missing pages and wondered what I was missing. Now it does make more sense.
My question now is, why release the beginning and ending pages of the missing transcripts at all?

I had wondered about about that as well. wonder why they did release the beginning and the end only. Maybe we should post that question on the ask a lawyer thread. It may have already been asked there, I haven't read that one yet today.

Ummm... WOW! And yeah it looks like quite A LOT of the questions are focused on JB and not as much LB.

Question for our lawyerly types. One of the clear implications of this interview is that it was JB who went behind BC's back to the A's, and authored that memo to MN attempting to withdraw the waiver of conflict. Since the A's were represented by council at that time, and we have no indications that JB has ever been seperately hired by the A's as council, does that in and of itself cross the line into witness tampering? Above and beyond the LB fake documents stuff? (Oh and there is some really juicy stuff about the documents in this interview).

I don't think it's an error, I believe omitted on purpose. Not just his, all but the 2 Hoffon guys, were not included, only had first and last pages.

Page 39 in link is Conway Transcript page 1, discovery page 24321

I don't believe Muzikman will have access to this depo, it's not part of this case.

So, is Laura Buchanan = Anne Pham's birth mother? Sry if OT, and it only applies to this case in a tangential way (related to the "parallel" investigation more perhaps into tampering)...

I just found it odd that the doc release included the birth info for an Anna M. born around the same date as Anne Pham to a 14 year old LB; Laura claims both 5 children (it looks like there was another child born a few years after Anna M to an LB) and 3 children (by her current b=hubby); the fact that Anne Pham states that LB was the only one who would know her maiden name; the fact that Anne Pham states that her "adoptive" mother lives in TN... the list goes on but that's off the top of my head.

It would speak a little as to why she was comfortable forging Anne's signature...?:waitasec:

Also it would explain the seeming nature of their relationship - it seems quite unique as if they have a special understanding of each other (and explains why Anne is hesitant to upset and doesn't cut LB off as anyone else would have if a "friend" forged their signature!)...

It just seems quite coincidental, but then again this case is full of it so...

The first deposition of LB. It became clear to the SA's that a document was being discussed that they did not have and had never seen. The deposition was suspended until they could get a copy, at which point they found that it did not match actual TES records and fun ensued.
