TT: If you are talking about the number 12609, those numbers are put there by LE. they are evidence numbers. Every piece of evidence that is released has a number in the lower right hand corner.

I thought the numbering came from the SAO? I thought 12609 was a page from the discovery turned over to the defense. LE does the numbering?

Sorry, Nums, you are right and it is SAO that numbered it. LE would not have numbered depositions because they would not have them. Sorry about that, I was thinking evidence not discovery documents :)

Exactly! I did not like, nor agree with WESH's pro-defense slant that Laura "admitted to adding notes" to a TES form that she kept, and should have turned in. She did MORE than that! As you said, she completely fabricated a TES form by adding people's names who did NOT search with her! And writing search notes about searching on Suburban, when she did not actually search anywhere near where Caylee was found.
And the Defense P.I., Mr. Mort, had this fake form and the Defense never made the Prosecutors aware of it!

I'm a bit confused, the 1st day she searched in JPark and at some point was made Team Leader and the form was handed off to her to complete and hand in. Then the 2nd day she went out and from what LB said was a Team Leader, was a form completed and handed in? That 2nd day, if she was really given a form, it would also have a number on it.

So that leaves a 3rd form, the fake one with no number. From what I understood LB was complaining her name wasn't spelled correctly and some of it wasn't her writing. If I understood correctly then I'd have to say (imo) that someone got that form for her and filled out some of the portions. kwim

I may have to go back and re-read parts 1 & 2 OMG i really don't want to

According to the resume of LB's husband he works for Armor Express which is a police protective uniform supply company. Not PWC, and it appears to be a family business.

Which resume? If it's the one released in Friday's discovery, that is not verified info, it is JJ's own research that he turned over to LE. Upthread I posted a link where you can check his CPA license. The license has the NJ address listed in her depo.

Soooooooooo........

That kinda puts the WHOA on "we were in Florida so hubby could attend a PWC seminar/conference/training/whatever and I volunteered with TES to break up the boredom" scenario.

Then why was she there?

My guess is there may have been a conference with city officials looking for police equipment. The company either makes or just sells bullet-proof vests.

I hope for her husband's sake that he does work for a family business -- then his colleagues already know he's married to a fruitcake! Imagine his embarrassment if he does work at PWC.

Someone just purchased 220 pages from the clerk!

Whoever purchased the Laura B Nov 17th depo ... I sure hope they publish it to the public!!! MM said it was 261 pages - 195 pages of transcript, and 66 pages of exhibits. Looks like whoever bought it, did not want to pay for (41) pages of something? Maybe there were duplicates of exhibits?

MM also said that the other day the Orlando Sentinel reporter was in the reading room of the Clerk's office, reading the transcript - not paying for it at that time. Interesting though, that the Clerk's docket does not say "MEDIA" or a familiar reporter's name, on the receipt of the $220 purchase.

I'm not sure ... but I thought the handwritten numbers at the bottom of the Field Team Activity forms was written in by TES admin people. LDBurdick asked Laura about the numbers "12609" and "12600" at the bottom of 2 of the forms which are likely genuine. The alleged fake TES form has no handwritten number at the bottom of it - except for the Discovery handwritten number.

The form in the Discovery which was shown to Kasper J. (the alleged fake one) which has the handwritten "12609" at the bottom of the TES form .... also has a handwritten "24011" under the "12609" - which I took to be the Discovery number.

Each time the alleged fake TES form was shown to a witness being interviewed, a handwritten Discovery page number was written at the bottom. The number "12609" is not on any of the copies of the alleged fake TES form which was shown to witnesses.

The handwritten "12609" appears to only be on the possible genuine TES forms that have Laura searching with a group at Blanchard Park.

Here is the doc dump from 3/23/2010, this file contains "12609".

Thank you! I guess LDBurdick was asking Laura how she had a TES form with no Discovery number on it, because all TES forms should have had a Discovery number written on them. Since Laura's form did not have a Discovery number on it, that means the alleged fake form came from somewhere other than official files.

This evening's story from WESH news Orlando.

I don't know whether to laugh or explode.

Helllllooooooooo.........

Duct tape.

Not measles. Not suicide. Not pneumonia. Not beri beri or scurvy. Not accident. Not ebola. Not cyanide. Not overdose. Not slip-and-fall.

Duct. Tape.

Rare Henkle from-the-Anthony-garage high-temperature not-made-since-2006 duct tape.

What is so difficult to understand about that?

Duct. Tape.

Bless you...that whole number thing was making me nuts.
