I thought that is when the faxing of the Post-It Note might have occurred too, but my hang up is ... WHY would Laura even Fax the TES form to Mort at all????

Laura already gave Mort a xerox copy of the TES form when Mort was visiting her in her home in Kentucky. Laura went into her home office room and made a copy. Mort left Laura's house with a copy of the TES form. There was no need for Laura to ever Fax that form to Mort, at any time. It is not adding up????

:waitasec:, wonder if there are faxes that have JB's number on them and dates faxed to him BEFORE that deposition in August? Hmm...

Thanks for that piece of info. This makes me think that something was faxed to LDB at the August deposition that contained information that made LDB suspect information, that JB has stated exists that will prove Caylee's body was placed at the site while ICA was in jail, was being forged and/or tampered with.

Quick input regarding Mort Smith in for Sept 2008...
Andrea Lyon joined the Defense team in May of 2009 and brought Mort along with her in 2009

If Laura B was in contact with a Defense or Anthony family PI before May 2009 IMO it was not Mort but either Dominic Casey or other PI hired by Baez.

So Mort couldn't have contacted her about the Caylee sighting in 2008!!Sept - Oct 2008???Laura says Mort Smith called her - Laura says he called about the Caylee sighting

Maybe Mort, after he came on board, went back to the beginning (day 31) and began to investigate things for himself and Andrea...
He may have started to look at what Baez had.... such as the work done by Dominic C..the tips LE had handed over, the tips the A's and Baez had gotten..

Yes, I read that. And big old red flag on the SS/DOB for an investigator. They wanted that info for a background check on her. So anything in her past that she lied about they were fully aware. lol

Well, you know, he had a lot going on with Rosebud. I'm sure she wanted him finding the body more than finding someone to say it wasn't there at that point. Remember, he was the patsy, I mean hero, not doing any real investigation like Mort and the other guy. DC was never paid either. DC was definitely not part of the defense team, just part of Anthony team until Cindy decided he wasn't good enough for her anymore.

That's where I got confused, it stated Edwards opened the new case # for an investigation into LB then goes on to say on the next pg Casey's case# and arrested.
