Eh, who cares what he thinks?

No--I'm not directing that to you! It's directed to him.

Yo! Jose! Like we care!

Baez said he does not believe in GJ proceedings! They present one side of the story.

Does anyone else think Baez didn't seem as cocky or arrogant this morning. For the first time I got the impression he looked as if he was in over his head and just wanted it all to be over. Maybe it was just my wishful thinking but he seemed thankful the GJ was about to indict the parasite!

Is that a blackjack in the beginning of that video where she's pushing her shopping cart? It looks a bit large to be a Nokia?

Ring in sleuthers...

The globe today on my grocery stores newstand

says Casey Confesses - photo of her sobbing --- Breaking news ---------- didnt get a chance to browse it for once the line was too short -

Maybe someone else will later today

OK, I have no Life. I read The Globe, Enquirer, etc. but I put my foot down at the Examiner (snicker) The Globe article was per an interview with a psychologist that just stated that Casey has confessed due to her lies, actions, etc. Not that she has come right out and confessed. She stated, as we all knew, that Casey is a sociopath and most likely killed little Casey and has no remorse. They showed her party pics and that was about it.

I was kind of thinking that yesterday too. I wonder if her cell phone records show her pinging at that Target. If not, well, it has to be a different phone than her Nokia. ???

It should be easy enough to find out with the pings.

This blackjack mystery is going to be what puts me in a room with 4 padded walls and a hairbrush.

I didn't think they could do that unless they are being charged. Wouldn't they be found in contempt of court?
Lanie

The A's can take the fifth. I think they will.

Not necessarily. The defense will create that reasonable doubt on the basis that there is no body (YET). They will carry on with the lie that Caylee was sold to someone who ran off to Puerto Rico or whatever the most current fabrication is at that particular moment. If there is even a SHRED of reasonable doubt in a juror's mind, they cannot vote guilty...

Our only hope for a slam dunk case is that Casey confesses and leads LE to Caylee's body or LE just happens to find Caylee before or during the trial. Highly unlikely, I know, but stranger things have happened...

Can't do it. There's too much forensic evidence of Caylee's demise.

I agree with you!! He is just as much to blame. He could have stopped Casey long ago if he were any type of father!! He could still show himself to be a REAL man and step up to the plate and tell the truth now!! He knows just as much as Cindy does! You can bet your bottom dollar on that one! I think he also helped cover up Caylee's death which puts blood on his hands too. Just because he is smart enough to keep his mouth shut when Cindy isn't doesn't mean he is innocent. Just smarter.

More than anyone else in that family, George KNOWS what he smelled in the car. It's time for him to be a man and acknowledge that Caylee is dead and KC is responsible.

Even if she does "confess" will anyone actually believe the story she tells?

She is loving all the attention, no matter that it is all negative.

That's a problem that CA has, too! She's impeached her own testimony SO many times!

I don't think Cindy will let him!!!

I don't think she will ever confess, I see her riding this gravy train as long as she possibly can. Even if she is convicted and goes to jail for the rest of her life, I see her taking what she knows to her grave. We will never get the truth out of that girl.

Yeah, she'll do a Scott. Hang a piccie of Caylee in the cell, and declare innocence, forever. UNLESS she gets a plea deal for life or death.

Decomp in the trunk, decomp gases in the air from the trunk, decomp in the Anthony back yard, Caylee's hair with a death ring on it, the 911 calls from KC's mom about the smell in the trunk, KC's ever-changing stories (lies) and who knows what evidence we haven't seen yet.

KC may get away with Murder 1, but I doubt it because LE probably has evidence of checking out chloroform, which was also found in the trunk, on the computer. Trust me- she is going down for doing something to this baby.

Exactly! She will never confess..remember "I am absolutely PETRIFIED!" She means of CINDY!! She will never face her mother's wrath by admitting the truth!!

They didn't say much, just that Baez "Told a morning show that he and his client 'are preparing for the worst'."

Good idea.

That sounds soooo lame, what about projecting defense team confidence propaganda?

That the defense has a very strong response to any charges that we are highly confident in and, JB's thing of, when this goes to trial the jurors will hear 'compelling reasons' why and only then will understand.

Defeated already? Realized that the cupboard was bare and the only real hope is to present an 'alive' Caylee?
