Chilly, I know she loved Caylee...I just despise what she has done. Love the sinner, hate the sin?

At the very least CA should be accountable to society, LE for what she has done. Maybe then if she gives up fighting everyone BUT the one who caused this heartbreaking tragedy, she can grieve.
Sorry, but I can't agree with you. Whatever Cindy has done, right or wrong, she did out of love and fear. I see no reason to punish her further. What purpose would sending her to prison serve? Will it keep her from protecting her next murdering child? Obviously Casey will be facing murder charges, nothing Cindy has said or done is preventing that from happening.

There's an entire thread to discuss the possibility that Cindy has a mental illness. If it's true that she does, shouldn't that mean we should be a bit more understanding of her actions?

I really don't want to start a Cindy bashing session. I feel for the woman. That's all.

I don't think that anyone would object to seeing more of Yuri!

Woohoo! You can say that again. What a fella! Go Yuri!

I would love to be there for his GJ testimony. I bet it is going to be riveting. Wow. They will be on the edge of their seats and hanging on his every word. (Not just because he is hot either!) :detective:

I don't know if I will ever get the look of abject fear in Caylee's eyes while sitting in the lap of her GGP out of my mind. Praying for justice for this sweet, little baby girl.

I know what you mean ... he certainly has a presence! My husband has it too and actually they look a lot alike (I'm a lucky girl) ... I call it a "quiet intensity"

I'm sorry edgeofnight, but your post left me laughing and I know this is not a laughing matter. However, after reading your post, the image of Martha Stewart placing her ankle moniter on the leg one of her black horses came to mind. Thanks for a lighter moment.
azwriter.

Whaaaat? Martha would NEVER mess up the coat on one of her Fresians with an ankle moniter!

I have a friend that lives close to her in Katonah....I kick myself for missing the chance to go up there and stay with her when she invited me up while I was traveling in the NE years ago.

Gads...I had to pick today to run out of everything...maybe hubby will just come home and decide to LOVE leftovers? Cold?

In any case...I RULE the clicker tonight!

"Investigators and prosecutors believe they have a strong circumstantial case against Casey, strong enough to take it to an Orange County grand jury during a special session October 14. They don't have all the answers, they won't say whether Caylee suffered and they don't have Caylee's body, but they do believe they have a mother who killed her daughter.

Investigators do have forensic evidence showing Caylee is dead and that at one time her body was in the trunk of her mother's car, but they have no "smoking gun" indicating how Caylee was killed.

Prosecutors will take what evidence they have to the grand jury and let the panel decide what the charges should be, murder, manslaughter or maybe nothing at all right now until more evidence is found.

I've had an absolute crap week - this is the best news! Excuse me while I dance nekkid in the street for joy!

*Cherry throws off clothes, runs into street, dances the happy shake your butt dance, then runs back into house*

Whew! Thank heavens, only one neighbor out, and he didn't see much cause he fainted.

The tension in the A Home...man I bet you need a chainsaw to cut thru it.

I have seen that fear in pictures when she was a baby ... there is one where Jesse is holding her and you can see her face over his shoulder ... she had the look of ... "oooooh, somethin' tells me this isn't going to end well." And FTR ... I don't think that look had anything to do with who was holding her!

Even if they found the remains (just bones) they probably couldn't tell what killed Caylee by now or in what manner KC killed her. I am afraid they will ony get her on manslaughter charges especially since most people think she doted on Caylee. But a manslaughter charge, neglect, lying to LE and all those check charges should put her behind bars a long long time.

I was watching that with my fiancee' a week or so ago and I said to him, 'look how still she is sitting there with her GGP, unusual for a small child, then she looks up at him and kisses him. Like she knew that this was the last time...."

Not prison Chilly....just some accountability.

As passionate as we Americans get, we embrace those that allow us to forgive them. Personally, I would just like the truth and an apology down the road to LE and the many who risked their personal safety, gave their time for the Anthony's.

When I mention society, its in the context of accountability to its rules and morals. Just doing what is right in the end.
