I can't imagine...I wonder if someone broke in just to use the house to kill somebody. Maybe they (or him or her) thought the house was abandoned...From now on I will send my husband to the basement "first".

Okay, for those of you without my sense of humor. Yes, this is horrible. I can't imagine being the woman to have found this. Makes for great conversation though. I think I'd find it hard to sleep at night.
