If they'd follow-through with the penalty of 20 years for illegally re-entering, as referenced, or even 10 years. Imo, it would be a big deterrent.

In this case, I am shocked at how brazen is this woman! To re-enter illegally and move back to the same area as she lived when she killed the 4 children?!?!

Seems as though she thinks she's above the law. I'm glad to hear she was arrested.

Her "sentencing" is outrageous! She gets 24 months in prison and then 2 years SUPERVISED RELEASE! So she gets to stay in our country after killing so many people and illegally returning and stealing someone's identity.
