Did anybody see Octomom's dad on Nightline last night? HE was scary. He comes across mean and intimidating. When asked about the possibility of the children being adopted out, he said something like "Nobody! Nobody! Nobody will ever take my grandchildren!!" and that he'd make sure of it. He was giving awful glares at the interviewer the whole time. Very mean and spiteful.

When asked about people being angry because the tax payers are paying for everything, his response is we should be angry at wall street, not them!! (rolling eyes) I think I see where she gets her attitude. I sense her dad is the same.

On a different note, since it seems an anonymous donator gave gma and gpa some help, octomom will continue to get government help, right? Because all the gifts are in gparents' names.

Everytime I hear her talk, there is just something about the way she speaks that annoys the hell out of me and I can't put my finger on it. Her tone is condescending or something. I can only imagine what the NICU nurses think. I'm sure they can't tell her anything - she already knows it all.
I think it's that she's manipulative, and quite often, mentally ill ppl are, because, after all, what choice do they have? they *have to be in order to get their way,or to attempt to get their way.I noticed that in the Dr Phil interviews..and btw, when someone answers a question with a question,it's a sign of being defensive, which she was doing.

OH MY. I guess insanity can be genetically inherited. Really Grandpa? Goodness. Sorry but if CPS is going to remove those children, they will be removed. That sounds frightening. What happens when some of these 14 start to rebel all at once? Grandpa going to take out his gun?

I guess being a tremendous burden on the tax payers of California is every USA CITIZENS' RIGHT? Or is sucking the system dry why they moved here in the 1st place? (PLEASE... I'm only refering to this family taking advantage of the system). Not meant to be offensive to anyone else.

And why is he still here? I distinctly remember him spewing about getting ready to head back to Iraq to work for his grandkids. But alas, the multimillionaire Dr Phil is begging for donations. I guess thats a bit easier than going back to work and being a responsible grandparent. HE wants these kids? THEN HAND HIM THE DARN HOSPITAL BILL AND DEMAND PAYMENT!

And yes, the monies earned seemingly have all been given to the grandparents and that's how Octomom will continue TO SCAM the system and break the law so to speak.

Anyone watch Dr PHil today? I can't bring myself to do it... but would like an update to see if Phil actually did any true butt kickin' today or was it all babbling ratings mush?

they really do need to change the system...starting with looking at where welfare recipients are living..it is bill-free?? is someone else helping them?? are they even paying any rent? IMO Nadya should not have recieved as much help as she did form the system;obviously she had money to spare and didn't really need it all.but I bet there were legitimate ppl out there who did!

JMO, you're not kidding. Here's the perfect example where more laws need to be implemented because she's found a bunch of loop holes.

I'm all for making sure those kids are fed, loved & cared for but not for her scamming the system and USING her kids to continue to do so. HOW can she be moving into a 600K house and be on food stamps?!

Nadya Suleman needs to stay home after she moves in to the new house.

No more running around to endless meetings, interviews, tv shows, beauty appts (within reason), etc.

She needs to get a grip that SHE is the mother of those children and SHE must oversee their care, no matter how much help she is getting, and who is giving it. I fear that she is just going to continue the circus because it's addictive and so much easier than getting her hands dirty and spending endless grueling hours actually involved with her kids.

I say this as the mother of two adult children. Mothers and grandmothers all know how much work and time goes into actually raising their children. I just don't have a good feeling about this in terms of how it will eventually end up. I hope she gets psychiatric counseling and care during all this.

She cannot qualify for a mortgage.

I find it impossible to believe the father can even qualify for the loan. But lets say Nadya made enough monies off as a media 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 to put down a substantial downpayment, the money will eventually trickle down to nothing. There are taxes, utilities, etc. All the student loans she owes back, the massive hospital bill. There is not enough money in this entire story to help her afford these kids to the age of 18. Not even menial food stamps is going to do anything with the insane cost of living where she resides.

BTW, LOVE the WHITE carpets. That will so work with 14 kids.

So CPS is really going to let her 'give this the old college try hey?!'. Well which CPS management volunteered to go to jail for murder by proxy when one of these babies die. Something very bad is going to happen in that home... This is a sad day.:(

So is she buying this house or renting? Does it come turnkey or furnished? I can;t beleive they have already gotten in there and hung mirrirs on the wall and furniture in that fast. This furniture is too nice and NOT the furniture they had in the other house. This has to either be a rental or a furnished house. Thought anyone/

If she has resources now, which she probaby does, she may lose the foodstamps. Doubt she'd lose the disability support for the 3 disabled children though. Putting the house in dad's name was a smart move.

*Resources meaning contributions and any deals she's made, though those would probably now be void since she has accepted the Angels in Waiting offer (which included a stipulation that she could not do paid interviews or reality shows).

Ok so WHAT disabilities does her three chilren have, that qualifies them for SSI? I know one has austism. However one was said to have ADHD. Since WHEN does ADHD qualify for SSI ? My daughter was diagnosed with ADD but never received SSI? I have another daughter who was born with a heart defect common to premature babies. Once we adopted her the SSI was cancelled. Wonder how much more SSI this mother will apply for and get due to the 8 premature babies?. So she will end up getting SSI for 11 of her 14 kids. HMM, all that on top of the book deals, movies, 🤬🤬🤬🤬 sites etc.

I'm a Realtor so here's my take on this. Closing is PDQ - so this tells me that it could very well be a cash deal as no-one is waiting around on loan approval, appraisal or survey etc. Also, it's in dad's name so Kaiser and the school cannot put a lien on the house as I doubt that no matter how much money she has she'll never pay her bill to them.

I want the ex-publicist to spill the beans!!

Ok so we know mom and dad is divorced, but how come dad was living there with mom? Then he was living there along with ungrateful Nadya, but grandma is getting foreclosed on. Then grandpa swears he has a huge house. WHERE IS IT????? WHy don;t they move there? Nadya and her father are both greedy and make me sick.

That's a good question, yankrebel. With all the constant news, I haven't focused on the answer to that question. I believe the details were given out a few weeks ago, but are buried somewhere in the news from back then. I'll check it out.

On another note, the details of the real estate deal were not gone into in detail on the Dr. Phil show. Perhaps they will in part 2 tomorrow. The real estate lady in the audience said that the deal closed today. It is ready to be "stormed" as Dr. Phil put it to get it ready for 2 babies to go there in 2-3 days from today. 2 more after that, and so on.

Her dad bought the house for her or she through her interviews, placed a large downpayment apparently.

The furniture you see is the previous owners when they listed the place. The pics are not hers.. TMZ got the photos from the Real Estate listing.

I can only hope that one of these negotiating adults have got Nadya to place in writing her agreements to follow all the rules stipulated by the Angels organization and if she breaks it, all involved will take the case to CPS immediately!

Otherwise this woman will continue to do what she does.

I am disgusted that Dr. Phil did not ask her who is paying for this house. That is a mighty sweet place for someone who hasn't worked in 10 years! She acted a bit differently on this show. Her expressions were not so over-exaggerated, but she still came across as mega-annoying. Oh, and they showed shots of her perfect manicure, argh.....Dr. Phil asked about the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 offer and she said she would never do that, tho she mentioned the counter-offer of free diapers, but the diapers were cloth, and she made a face like that was not to her liking. Here is a link to the house listing....note that it is on Madonna Lane:rolleyes:

Having that many adult caretakers in the house at once sounds kind of fraught. Who's in charge?

The above I bolded - reminds me of Britney Spears. (though I always felt a bit more compassion for Brit and she had the sense to give up her kids).

Dr Phil today!!! :furious: Did anybody notice (I'm sure you have ) how she answers questions out of both sides of her mouth??? Dr Phil asked are you ever going to do a reality show. Her response "Oh No! No! (pucker lips) No! I mean, we'll see - but No! In the right circumstances - but No!"

She did that on another quesiton, too. She said No, No!! over and over with other words stuck in like "you never know" or "maybe" or "we'll see". She talks fast so it almost sounds sincere. SHe said no way to reality - no way to exploiting her kids for fame - then she said unless it was respectible and educational documentary in her kids' best interest. Then she said she would ask her children first their feelings. Ha! :furious:

So I guess No Way to 🤬🤬🤬🤬 isn't really no?

My kids tease me and laugh at me whenever octomom is on t.v. "Mom - she's on t.v. again!" because it gets me all worked up.

One more thought and thanks for letting me vent -- I bet her $500,000 home neighbors just love that she's moving in. And they probably earned their homes.

I'm with you about those neighbors. I bet they will throw her a big WELCOME to the Neighborhood party and shower her and the kids with gifts. That's going to be a busy street.

indeed it does! and with the caregivers doing the majority of the work with the octuplets,IMO Nadya will most likely feel misplaced, instead of grateful.and I don't think that is going to fly with her for long.

reminds me of when my inls all moved in together..mil,sil and bil..it just doesn't work..ONE of them is going to be the boss, and the rest aren't going to put up with it.

I do really feel for the older 6 right now though...strange new house, lots of strangers are going to be coming and going all times of the day and night soon,8 new siblings..lots of attention going to them...even if it's all organized,to them,it's going to seem like a madhouse. And some of them will surely be acting out.hopefully they will adjust in time, but to kids with autism and ADHD,all the additional noise and coming and going can be really upsetting to them...it's just too much sensory info for them to process at once.that's why many kids w. autism bang their heads, rock back and forth, put their fingers in their ears,etc...it's just too much for them.

:shocked2: bold by me... how many of your inlaws survived? ;) I'd rather live in the back of my truck than move in together with inlaws. :bang:

PS: I agree about the autism thing. too much stimulus can drive them to violence and utter confusion. They can also turn on themselves (ie: biting themselves, hair pulling, etc) to find a way to function.

Maybe some of them (the KIDS) will pay Nadya back in the future by having 10 kids EACH and making HER raise them. :woohoo:

calculating... 14 kids x a spouse each x 10 kids each .....

I think those babies will be in charge.

And I hope those nurses keep track of how much time octo-mom spends away from all the children. This ain't about her.
