When 38-year-old adopted La-Sonya Mitchell-Clark decided to ask for her birth mother's name from Ohio Health authorities, she turned to Facebook when she received it.
It was then she discovered birth mother Francine Simmons worked for the same company as herself, and they lived minutes apart in Youngstown, Ohio. She also found she has three sisters. And one of them also works at her company, InfoCision. Mom had La-Sonya when she was 15 and always wanted to find her but didn't know how.
La-Sonya's adoptive family were very supportive of the search and now the two, extended families are just enjoying being together.
