Women sue Wal-Mart over contraception

Well I guess JBean you have never asked a child who has been severly abused, beaten, burned, malnourished, living in pain day in day out if they wish they were never born. Ask them what they like about the life that they are living.

You would have to ask all of the kids in the USA of course to get any idea of "how they feel" not how JBean feels for them.

Have you asked if these babies or children if they are happy with their life, are they taken care of, loved, made to feel special, living their life happily without pain and abuse.

Day in day out, year after year.......they do not know any other life except abuse.

Have you asked any of these "babies" .........especially the ones that are on life support, after years of abuse and neglect. Sometimes as early as weeks into their "so called" life. Are you happy with your life, that you were born.

What about the kids who are lucky enough to be adopted. We hear a lot of incidences about "those" wanted kids being badly abused.....and so wanted that they were adopted by the very people who purport to love them.....their adopted parents.

I love you, I adopted you, you are wanted, therefore I am going to show you just how much I love you by making you life miserable and causing you pain and suffering. You will have no choice about what I will do to you.

So when child protections laws are in place, to ensure all children are taken care of, protected, not abused, and 100% loved, then the world will be a happy place.

I won't have to hear of "broken bones, fractured skulls, gun shots, stabbings, sexual abuse, burns, malnourishment, starvation, beating, humiliation, pain and suffering any more of the most vulnerable members of society.

Ask these "abused" children if they may have wished for a life far different that the one "they were born to".

That answer would be yes: I wish that I was never born. Why you ask: Because all that child knows as his/her life is pain and suffering and being scared. They know nothing else and will never know nothing else.

To them: Life is a living nightmare that is played out in real life day in and day out. There is no end to the nightmare until they die at the hands of their abuser, the people who love him/her. Or are taken away by the "state" for their own protection to end up in foster homes for the rest of their life.

So I will support anti-abortion when all women are able to support their child, there is no drug abuse, sexuall abuse, emotional abuse, physical abuse, all children are loved and cared for, all women are living a life of non-poverty, adequate health care is in place along with education, proper child care. All women are given the support that is required to raise a "healthy, well adusted child, who is given love and support........

Good luck with that by the way..........

Following this logic, one would think that we would have eliminated the problem of "unwanted" children and the subsequent abuse of these children, given the fact that abortion has been legal in this country for some thirty years now.Unfortunately abuse has become more widespread in this culture. I wonder if there's a connection here? Maybe it has something to do with the value we now place on life?

So are you saying we could take care of all this thru abortion? Get these kids out of their miserable lives by killing them before it ever starts? Sorry, I'll never buy into that program. Besides, abortion has been legal for quite some time now, and this problem you describe is alive and well.

I am not against a womans right to choose. I just don't choose abortion.

I guess a lot of those children where born to "mothers" who were confronted, shouted at, harassed, had their picture taken, told they are killers and "coerced" into "having" an unwanted baby because she is vulnerable and "harassed" into making a decision.

It is not like she is not having her picture taken, her license plate recorded, called a "baby killer". It is not like these clinics are bombed........

So between the FDA and the political agenda, GWB, Wal-Mart, various clinics and doctors purporting to "help" women and offer "insight" to "assist" them in making the "right" choice, not for themselves but for the pre born, wow you would think that this legal procedure was just passed yesterday.

Especially the "Christian" views of the President and the "underhanded" ways in which he in essence wants to control every women in the USA.

It is not like: Once a women has a baby, "those "protestors" show up at her door and say: Wow, you look really stressed and tired.....how about you rest up and we will take care of the baby. I see you have no food, no furniture, or diapers. We will take care of that.....after all we will take "responsibility" for "convincing" you to have the "baby" even though we know what you were at the clinic for.

It is not like "one of those protestors" will say: Since you had the baby and made a really tough choice, albeit the religous choice, we will help you with "rent, food, clothing, child care, diapers, baby items, pre and post natal care, medical appointments and we will also help you when the child reaches school age by supplying all of the necessary school items and all necessary items for both you and the baby for the next 18 years. We will babysit so you can return to school and get an education so you can "obtain" gainful employment.

No, they are at some clinic trying to "convince" a women to do the right thing for the "unborn baby", but show no concern for the children who are alive and suffering at this very moment. They are the ones who do not "value" the life of the living in the form of the women and baby who are alive and living in the real world..

You cannot "convince" someone to do something because of what you want, how you feel, to the detriment of the other person involved and then "walk away" as if "your work here is done".

So I would like to know what "those" people actually do that is measurable.

Do you know that a theory abounds. The reason the crime rate in the USA is lower over the past few years corresponds to the "legalization" of abortion.

That means less children were born to "dire" circumstances of poverty and neglect and abuse, which in turns means more children were born that were wanted and that can actually be raised in a responsible manner.

So what have you done today to help a single mother..............that would not be a mother, was it not for "those people" inflecting their "views" on another person.

So tell me: Are you a foster parents, do you drive pregnant moms to the Doctors, do you volunteer to take abused kids out for the day, do you donate food, clothing, baby items. Do you baby sit for free. Do you pay for medical care and RX.

What do you ACTUALLY do.......to help children.

Waving flags, posters, banners, and the Bible is not doing anything to help women who were not going to be mothers, but "were convinced" to do the right thing by some protestors at the "entrance" to the clinic doors.

If all of "those" people actually did something, anything, in a constructive and measurable manner, then I can say that not as many women would be left to "fend" for themselves because they "abided" by God and did not want to be called "baby killers" by the protestors.

But when they are in "dire straits", I guess they have 18 years to "reflect" upon if they made the right decision for the protestors or for herself. She has 18 years to think about how her life may have been, and the life she has now for her and her baby.

The Handmaid's Tale is set in the futuristic Republic of Gilead. Sometime in the future, conservative Christians take control of the United States and establish a dictatorship. Most women in Gilead are infertile after repeated exposure to pesticides, nuclear waste, or leakages from chemical weapons.

The few fertile women are taken to camps and trained to be handmaidens, birth-mothers for the upper-class. Infertile lower-class women are sent either to clean up toxic waste or to become "Marthas," house servants.

No women in the Republic are permitted to be openly sexual; sex is for reproduction only. The government declares this a feminist improvement on the sexual politics of today when women are seen as sex objects.

I am anti- abortion.
As for all the "unadopted/unwanted" children, I doubt that there are many that wish that their mother had aborted them. but that is JMHO of course.
Are you aware that the Morning After pill is the equivalent of 2-3 regular dosage contraceptive pills taken at once? It's nothing arcane or invasive or toxic, and it's no more an abortificant than if you're taking the pill on a regular basis anyway. AS for unwanted children, the morgues and jails are full of them. Waiting until you have the baby you don't want and *then* kill it/throw it in a dumpster to die of exposure is murder. Everything up to that is a medical procedure that's no one's business but the woman's and her doctor's and (possibly) the father's, assuming he gives a rat's 🤬🤬🤬. Everyone else not directly involved in the raising, feeding, caring, housing and education of said theoretical child is just a butt-inski.
