Looking forward to the day when women are not pointed out as pioneers because they are women. The day is coming.

Get out of our way - we can do great work,....don't block us anymore because we see the boulders in our path that in the past we thought were "the way things are." But, we're doing the heavy lifting of moving those boulders - let's help each other out with that task - and we moving ahead. (And let's make sure not to put boulders in the path of anyone else, either.)
