I would feel differently about Cindy's behavior if she went immediately to detectives and told the entire truth. For Caylee. It's not too late. Cindy broke the law numerous times during this case imo but if she were to come clean now before the trial she wouldn't be the hated witch that she is and she might even avoid prosecution. If Casey had killed a stranger it wouldn’t be any different, Cindy doesn't care about Caylee or anyone else but herself & her image thus sadly she will never admit to the truth. moo

I so agree with this post however regarding the statement i bolded it has become my sole hope that with the support of cindy's new church friends etc she would consider retiring the sole image of the grieving grandmother that she is trying to sell (badly) and become comfortable with a new victim status of grieving mother to a murderer. I think if CA can wrap her head around that and believe people will support her allowing her to keep up her image she may just finally do the right thing..... one can hope right??

Ironically i believe if she did step up, people would buy the grieving grandmother image as for all that she has done i do believe she loved Caylee. This would be the one thing she could do to prove it, love her enough to let KC go. Sadly although this is my hope i'm not holding my breath for CA to try on the new persona .

I don't really think Cindy feels guilt or shame. She's not made that way IMO. If she's going to be healed I think she'd need to find these qualities first.

Completely agree. We know Cindy loved Caylee because of that gut-wrenching 911 call when she realized Caylee was gone. But after that she switched over to the can’t-lose-both-of-them fighting mode causing everyone to turn against her, but what did she expect with all the blatant lies, apparent tampering and non-cooperation with LE. Cindy would have a lot of support if she finally told the truth, imo, but I agree she probably won’t because she’d have to acknowledge that her daughter murdered her grandchild.
