^ You are disagreeing that I have "All above is my opinion only." over my "signature"? Hilarious.

Bumping this post, as 2 comments within documents in the now-stayed Federal WDS case give information as to the pace of depositions and discovery in the currently proceeding State WDS case.

I have to say this is getting confusing between the State and Federal cases. Have there been any depositions thus far?

And just how can you tell by my post that money is very important to me? Ha! Seems its the Zahaus that money is important to, seeing as they are taking this to civil court for 10 Million…instead of criminal court.

LMAO

I think it's unseemly to keep attacking Mary as a money grubber, these folks obviously want answers. I don't think a citizen can take another person to criminal court themselves can they?

FWIW--I think that shows up in your signature line which isn't viewable to people using Tapatalk. I can see signatures if I log in via a browser but not when viewing on my devices.

ALWAYS MOO

Thank you inthedark! As well, a signature does not appear when a post is quoted.

No, but if they had credible evidence, the Attorney General would have reopened the case after they sent her an 18-page letter outlining their "evidence". If they were out after justice, why sue for $10 million dollars? Why not $1. Then you could say they were not after money, IMO. 10 million says it all.

Bourne,

Since you aren't going to backup your statement (like you ask me to do), then I did find the photo you are referring to…again.

I suppose you are still going to say this is not Detective Tusuida, but 100% Dina Shacknai?

Why would Dina Shacknai be at the crime scene?

She spoke to Detectives from the Department of Justice on July 13, the day of the Rebecca's suicide. See attached. IMO, they would have then talked to witnesses, and it is in the files. The Zahaus have the files, so they already know what is there. If they don't believe the Detectives, they why would they believe Dina? I really think they believe the Shacknais will settle at some point, because there is no way they can win this. There are too many facts that prove Rebecca took her own life.

That is just her own personal statement. If there were clear proof of Dina being at the bedside, something beyond just a cell phone ping, that too would be worth mentioning. If not in the detective's report, then at the press conference. Or heck, any of the times Dina did her roadshow. It appears there is no tangible proof, so therein lies the rub. IMO the problem with your assumption is that proof is in the file. I believe it is much more likely it isn't.

^^^Ah, thank you Time. I totally missed it too. I did not see the PDF attached. A lot of reading to do.

^^^Thanks again KZ :)

Dina was not at the crime scene, although Bourne would have you believe that Detective Tsuida was Dina. The photos clearly prove it was the Detective, not Dina.

Then why did Ann Rule write that Dina had witnesses that said she was at Max's bedside all night and until early morning when Rebecca's body was discovered? We will simply agree to disagree, and wait until the depositions come in.

Re-read your own posts and you will see this clearly. Seriously, if you don't know yourself...and I charge for psychoanalyzing others. LOL

NO, LUCKYLUCY. You have NO proof that that was *not* Dina. As I stated clearly in my prior posts, let's wait and see. Please keep mentioning this infamous, potentially scandalous pic! :) Maybe our constant mentioning of this pic in WS will alert the lawyers in the case, and they will simply *ask* the large-frame male investigator standing at the Spreckels mansion door during a depo. Then we will get the answer, correct?

Why argue when there can be proof at court?

Happy holidays!

OMG, thank you Luckylucy. That *is* Dina at the crime scene the morning Rebecca was reported hanging! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR re-posting.

I hope the lawyers get a hold of these pics and show it to the investigator for verification :)

I'm only seeing little black squares. I'm using Tapatalk. Is it just me?

The poster is asking you if you still think it's Dina and not the detective.

I remember when these pictures were released. Everyone was getting out their microscopes - analyzing body shapes. It's obvious to me it's the detective, she's even got the bag hanging on her shoulder

I think it's Tapatalk. I'll try to repost them below my comments.

You will notice that even though someone slyly put Det. Tsuida's pic on the inset right next to the burly stocky large male detective, the woman I believe is Dina on the left-hand side of the pic *entering* the Spreckels mansion with her hand to her face is clearly *NOT* Det. Tsuida. How do I know?

Well, first of all, Det. Tsuida's clothes on the FIRST day of investigation on Wed morning when Rebecca was reported dead were *black*. If you go through old crime scene photos, you will see Det. Tsuida was wearing an entire *black* suit on Wednesday.

In this inset pic someone slyly placed, Det. Tsuida's clothes are grayish. And we know detectives don't suddenly change clothes in the middle of a major crime scene investigation, correct? A crime scene investigation is not hosting the grammy's or performing at a concert. No reason Det. Tsuida *suddenly* ups and changes her entire suit to an entirely different colored suit, correct? Hence the pic with Det. Tsuida's grayish suit is taken on a day *subsequent* to the Wed morning police were first called to the Spreckels to investigate the " violent, suspicious death" of Rebecca.

Second, the inset pic of Tsuida in gray has her standing *inside* the Spreckels mansion door. We know there are steps leading into the door and the floor inside is *higher* than the ground *outside* the Spreckels mansion door. How do we know? Because an insider who's physically walked through the Spreckels mansion said so.

Third, note how the pic I'm referring to as Dina *entering* Spreckels mansion door with large black bag also has Dina wearing a *gray vest* that is tied in the back with a bow. I clearly see the bow in the back. Just because Det. Tsuida on a day *after Wednesday* also happened to wear similar color to Dina who wore gray vest *on Wed* doesn't make the woman entering the Spreckels mansion Det Tsuida. I myself have many gray suits (and black, blue, etc.). Does that mean it's me that's entering the Spreckels mansion if I too wear a gray suit?

Fourth, note how Dina's posture at the Town Hall meeting is stooped over, hunch-back. Well, the woman entering the Spreckels mansion covering her face and wearing a gray vest *also* has same stooped over, hunch-back posture. The resemblance is remarkable. I am certain if the Zahau lawyer depose Det. Tsuida, she does *not* have stooped-over hunchback posture. How do I know? From all the pics I've seen of Det. Tsuida, she stands and walks with head held high and confident, and her posture is straight up -- NO HUNCHBACK!

So YES, I still believe the woman entering Spreckels mansion with stooped-over hunch-back posture the Wed morn when the police were first called about a "violent, suspicious death" is Dina. That is my informed opinion.

I agree. A friend of mine who was driving past Spreckels that morning around 11am got stuck in the traffic jam in front of the house.......she is certain that she saw Dina coming out of the mansion with LE.
