Bourne, I agree. We cannot avoid discussing Dina nor should we. We're on the same page. I did not mean to infer we should refrain from discussing Dina. You hit the nail on the head. I was trying to say, we should discuss the case in a respectful, factual, and evidence based manner following the rules of WS. Which includes Dina and Mary, only minus the name calling.

Wow! Some lively new motions on the State Register of Actions today! Item 150 is 145 pages, and item 151 is 266 pages! Now that will make for some very interesting reading for all of us, eh?

I'm mobile at the moment, so can't share the documents yet. But they're not going anywhere, so maybe later.

It occurs to me that if a defendant was very sure the case was going to be dismissed (as in, this Friday), it's unlikely they would be willing to pay many billable hours to their attorneys for over 400 pages of motions, right?

I also notice that there is no document 152 as of yet. I suppose it's coming.

Right! Whoa, that IS a lot of time and $$$ to put into a case if it was going to be dismissed this Friday. Looking forward to the documents and a lot of reading :) !

Thanks K_Z !!!! WOW, Dina has been a busy little bee lol.

So much for the dismissal come Friday !!!

Attorneys aren't going to quit filing papers and motions on the HOPES that the case will be dismissed. That would just be stupid, and none of Adam, DINA, and Nina's lawyers are stupid. Far from it.

Friday the Judge will make the ruling. If she doesn't throw it out of court Friday, it will be thrown out in October when the Judge dismisses it for lack of evidence to back up the totally made-up, fabricated allegations.

Thanks for the offer of a glass of wine, KZ! However, I will have to turn you down.
I fear the Zahau contingency here will declare me a drunk if I drink a glass!

Here are documents 150 and 151. Number 154 was added this afternoon, but 153 and 154 are not yet available for purchase.

As these 2 together are over 400 pages, interested readers might want to get comfy. I'll buy the first round of adult beverages to chill things out in here-- how about a few bottles of nice dry chardonnay?

Hmm, no signs of WDS getting dismissed at all... Thanks KZ. I'll try to read these sometime soon.

Oh, I'll take a margarita on the rocks. :drink:

I personally think Dina has too much time on her idle hands. I think it's her lawyers or rather, their assistants, that have been wildly busy.

Document #154 on state ROA has been updated to allow viewing. (8 Pages)

Opposition to Noticed Motion and Supporting Declarations (Memordandum of Points and Authorities in Opposition to Motion to Compel Further Responses to Special Interrogatories Set One) filed by Estate of Rebecca Zahau; Estate of Robert Zahau; Zahau-Loehner, Mary; Zahau, Pari Z.

I'm thinking #151 is having some issues loading because of the size of the file-- 266 pages. Let's try again, and see if it opens this time.

ETA: I'm having trouble opening document #151 from this link, as well. I'll see what I can do to make it available. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I think you are right. It wouldn't open for me yesterday, but does this morning.

Time, can you share what type of PC or program you used? I've tried a couple different systems. The file is over 60 MB. I understand if you would rather not. TIA

So glad the big file opened for you, time! :)

Just another quick comment to say I'm glad "bicycle guy", now named as Jim Haager, WAS officially interviewed, and that interview (unknown if videotaped or only transcribed) is a part of discovery that was shared with both sides, and is in direct contradiction to defendant DS's statement that she was not at the mansion that evening. Document 154 on page one, line 87, begins discussion of that. JH is an important witness, IMO. He had no skin in the game, and no reason to slant what he saw, while his kids were looking at a dead critter in the street, no less.

Me too, KZ :)

Document 150 mentions an interview on 7/22/13 of Jim Haagar with Billizzi & Associates. A quick search I found a Bellizzi & Associates Private Investigation Services.
