Wrongful Death Suit filed Nov. 13, 2013 in California, #4

Mary Suii Zahau Hoecker/Loehner has the case file, why not ask her where everyone was when Becky died, she knows.

MZL never thought there would be a trial, she was after a $ettlement.

I'm so glad Jonah didn't pay Becky's family off.

And MZL is really rhymes-with-cupid if she thinks the Romano Sisters will blink first.

I have never met Rebecca's family so I cannot ask for the case file. And BTW, they clearly have requested a jury trial. But that is knowledge anyone who is following this case is well aware of so let's not muddy the water on purpose, shall we? Even those of us that just recently started following the case, right??

Yeah, bourne, I know someone of two people who used/continues to use ambien. One of them got up at the regular time to go to work. probably 8 miles to work...maybe 3 miles in to work, he 'woke' and found himself in the freakin' cows pasture. Got himself out of there and went on his way'woke' again only to find himself at a local diner 1/2 mile from work. Supposedly this person no longer uses the drug.

Second person, well this was pretty bad. This woman's husband had surgery, stayed at hospital for two days (was supposed to be ambulatory but due to other things going on with this guy, they kept him) came home, hung out, went to bed...in the middle of the night, he woke up. Their bed was saturated with his blood. He was unable to get up, unable to wake her no matter what he did. He ended up calling 911, she never woke till they got there. She is STILL taking ambien. Anyways...

LE absolutely bungled this one...imo, they should have had blood drawn from ADAM. But hey, ya know what? Perhaps they did, never tested it because the 'order' somehow got 'lost'???

Oh wow....great work digging up the various phone providers and their keeping records of time-frames of calls and all that other stuff!!!

I recall some of us thinking it bizarre with NINA saying she texted Rebecca an hour earlier than it showed on Rebecca's phone. We also thought it extremely bizarre ADAM texting to his brother Rebecca committed suicide (why would he say that, when by all accounts, first responders described it as a violent murder (my words). Also, wth would would JS call DINA to tell her Rebecca had killed herself? Is there any proof out there he actually called her? And said that to her?

Wow thanks for the Ambien stories. Note to self - never take Ambien!! Geez.

And what's up with all the phone evidence on this case that LE just couldn't be bothered with? A key factor that the sheriff quoted as evidence that Rebecca committed suicide was Jonah's phone call. Why not pursue that to verify it really took place? Really?

I truly believe the sheriff misjudged on so many levels the intellect of the general public. Ego got in his way IMO. But we are still here and this case will work its way through the system. Let's just pray that the judge really does believe in the pursuit and opening of all the closed doors for the Zahaus. God bless them.

A litany of complaints about the exhaustive, 7 weeks long SDCSO investigation into Becky's death doesn't prove any of the murder conspiracy allegations made by Ms. MZL in her WDS are true, or that she has any evidence other than her belief that Becky "was brutally murdered for what happened to Max."*

But there is little discussion of the very specific claims made by Ms. Mary Suii Zahau Hoecker/Loehner in the lawsuit or what evidence she has to prove them in a court of law.

You know why?

Because she's got nothing, zip, nada.

Seems by your postings you are absolutely sure this case will be thrown out.

Remember when NINA was going on and on like train bearing down in that radio interview ( imo, she sought out the interview )? Well, that was just after she and her infamous twin learned Rebecca's sister was coming forward with info she had...remember the nonsensical way she explained how HER prints would be found on Rebecca's phone? IMO, it was NINA who handled Rebecca's phone that horrid night. Now why in the world would she be handling Rebecca's phone? Rebecca didn't need her to get directions from the airport to the hospital as NINA said. Gah, she just went on and on.

Ah yes, do I ever remember that interview by Nina. It was patently transparent that Nina was making a pre-emptive defense posturing that was almost laughable. I can just picture her handlers cringing once they heard it. This incident is just one of so many that compels any reasonably intelligent human being to piece together the obvious. That manipulation and influence were the only powers that prevailed overseeing the crime that was committed that night when Rebecca was tortured and brutally murdered IMO.

Everyone knows how Dina feels about Rebecca. Most everyone believes Dina killed Rebecca because of Maxie's tragic accident and death. I agree. Also, I do imagine DINA went raging on JS. And imo, wanted to kill him too. 'Course, she couldn't do that. BUT, I bettcha during the time Dina was trolling, pacing and stalking Rebecca that night, Dina had Jonah forefront in her twisted brain. Hence, the horrific scene.

Kinda like that saying....killing 2 birds with one stone.

BBM. There is a littany of documentation of evidence in these threads. Please kindly do some more homework on these massive and years-long threads. Again, a misrepresentation put forth.

How does MZL prove that Dina told Adam to paint on the door?

How does MZL prove that Adam only joined in the conspiracy after being awakened by the noise of the confrontation.

How does MZL prove who struck Becky on the head?

So interesting, isn't it? Dina went after the one person that ruined her marriage but not the ex-husband? Perhaps she still wanted to conquer that lost love and, thus, left him alone. But then again the story's not at an end so we shall see how the last chapter plays out.

For sure.

ETA:
Wonder if Dina paid up the thousands she owes to the charity JS picked? How would one find out?

How do the Zahaus prove anything? They can't bring forth evidence that was never even looked at. That is a fact and LE knows it. Power and influence were the judges and jury on this sad case. So in some ways you are entirely right because the cards were stacked against them from the first moment 911 was called. Thanks for the obvious reminder.

Dina has been very kind in not publicly disclosing some unflattering facts about Becky.

Things that Sheriff Gore alluded to in his warning to Bremner.

Glad the Good Sheriff drew a line in the sand.

Ah, but justice will prevail. Sooner or later, it always does, in one way or another.

Okay, look, Rebecca is dead. Is this really where you want to go with this? I could give two sh@@ts about who Rebecca really was. I do know that Jonah appeared to think the world of her so that is a fact. So drudging up crap just isn't even material here. Good grief, we can also bring up the PV police pictures of Dina too. It's just immaterial as to the crux of what the WDS is about to talk rumor about Rebecca.

MZL has a breathtaking sense of entitlement.

There's no reasoning with her.

Entitlement! She has every right in the world to utilize her rights and pursue this WDS. If Dina had a solid alibi do you really think this case would be active after all these years? Ask that question. And its really not my business to tell the family how to feel as they have every right to do exactly what they are doing. That is why we have legal methodoligies in place and no one can deny them that.

And Dina ordering pizza for her son and stepchildren instead of cooking is material?

And baseless allegations that GS and ES were home when Max was injured are material?*

*BTW that rumor started before the girl who called 911 was identified as XZ. People were speculating that is was GS.
One thing Becky did tell the truth about is that only she, Max, XZ, and of course, Ocean, were in the home when Max got hurt.

Well, yeah. She is more than entitled to see her sister receive justice, in fact, I believe anyone in this situation would want to do the same for someone they loved dearly. Regardless of the outcome. Because people/families who believe everything points to the murder of someone they held so near and dear to heart do want answers and justice. That's how its done.

Hmmm, seeing as you seem to know so much, why did Dina blow off the judge and his orders with WDS against Jonah? Wasn't her objective to find out what 'really' happened to their child? Why in the world did she blow it all off? You know....after-all, she supposedly begged Nina to go 'ask' Rebecca what really happened. She needed to know. She loved Maxie more than anything, she was the luckiest Mom in the world. Why in hell didn't she put forth a genuine effort and follow through with that WDS to learn what really happened??? It wasn't because of money, she could well afford it. So do tell.
