nah. I'd rather talk about Dina's bronchitis....
Instead of talking about Dina's bronchitis, why don't we talk about the fact that the Zahaus have no evidence at all? Even Mr. Haager's wife will not testify for them. I sure hope the Defense supeona's her.

All they have is the scream that was discounted by police, the witness, who was discounted by police and whose wife won't testify for the Zahaus, the paid experts they are bringing in, and the files of the SDSO which concluded it was suicide.

No wonder everyone is trying to get the subject on bronchitis!

or we could talk about the time Dina mixed alcohol and drugs while she had a young son

  • #344
or all the witnesses for dina's wherabouts

  • #345
Or the witness that swears he saw Dina at the mansion that night.

  • #346
Or Dina saying she is a 'doctor' 'has a thriving clientele' or is a Coronado property owner

  • #347
Heck the good news is that, if needed, I'm sure Dina could provide proof of a doctor's prescription for the drugs that managed to knock her out for hours. Apparently her doc also prescribed for the boyfriend! Neither could manage to answer a phone or a door. Perhaps when Dina provides her iron clad alibi for the night of Rebecca's murder?

If I was afraid of my son being with my exe's girlfriend, I would have my phone hooked to a cattle prod to notify me if the phone rang, and I would sleep in the foyer by the door. NOT put in ear plugs.

dina romano wasn't concerned about Max's well - being while Max was with Rebecca, not at all. dina romano knew he was well taken care of.

What bothered dina was the wonderful relationship Max and Rebecca had. Max was fortunate to have Rebecca, dina knew this. It ate her up.

It wasn't until after Max's accident dina started in with her trashing Rebecca.

JMO.

Is the the article written by her colleagues boyfriend?
:blushing:

Husband of her supervisor/ co-worker, actually.

Lisa Elder Outhier was one of Dina's internship supervisors during Dina's supervised clinical time at the Melmed Center.

Lisa is married to Craig Outhier, who writes for Phoenix Magazine, and freelances. Craig Outhier wrote the 2 part "Boy, Interrupted" articles. He also wrote the "Split Decision" article where Dina announced her idea for a "bitter ex-wives stalking law", and name dropped Senator Nancy Barto w a a a a a a a a a y y y y y y y too soon as a possible/ potential/ imaginary/ wishful thinking sponsor for the "bill" that never existed. That article was particularly laughable, because it was so painfully obvious that both Dina and Craig Outhier had no earthly idea at all about how state legislatures actually work.

It was completely absurd that Dina made a comment in that "Split Decision" article that a "bill" (which was never, ever introduced, numbered, or existed as a bill in AZ, to this day) was "authored late in the session and never made it to committee". It is just so embarrassing for both the author, and Dina. It's patently obvious that this "idea" never had enough support, or time left in the legislative session, to ever even get a first reading. Let alone a committee assignment and a first hearing.

Personally, I think Senator Barto was not impressed, or pleased, that Dina "name dropped" her in that Phoenix Magazine article. I know a lot of state legislators, and the way Dina went about that whole "bitter ex-wives stalking bill" idea (fortunately!) would be the kiss of death for any present, or future efforts by Dina to influence any legislation, on any topic. I doubt that any legislator in Arizona would give Dina the time of day after that stunt.

Dina broke every "rule" in the proverbial book, and not in a good way. IMO. She is poison where any potential bills or lobbying is concerned. IMO.

Want to hear something that's on my "wish list" for trial?

I hope that Attorney Greer presents a picture or video montage or compilation of still shots from the Rady surveillance video, with date and time stamps. That would be very compelling and persuasive for the jury to see.

I'm envisioning screen shots of all of the various relevant people as they enter and exit Rady on various days and times. Jonah, Rebecca, Adam, Nina, Dina, Howard Luber, etc. I think it would help the jury to see that each person is a solid human being who shows up on surveillance cameras. And then highlighting the ABSENCE of Dina on surveillance when she was expected to show up. That would be powerful for the jury, IMO.

And a visual presentation with discussion of all of the public entrances/ exits, tunnels, restricted entry areas, etc. All of the ways one can get into, and out of, Rady.

Leading up to why LE had to conduct triangulation of Dina's phone as a substitute for actually locating Dina, the person. And a thorough forensic discussion of what's on Dina's phone, phone activity, exactly which towers were pinged at which times, etc. Whether the phone was "moving". Whether a similar phone parked in an ICU cubicle at Rady pinged the same towers, etc.

I have so many things on my wish list for trial. What's on everyone else's wish list? I'm interested!

My first wish would be seeing ironclad proof of Dina's ironclad alibi. Just one of many, I too have many things on my wish list. Can we include a song to go along with each wish? I searched for a song titled "Ironclad Alibi" but came up empty. Instead I chose "Help Me Move On" to accompany Dina's alibi.

I have had bronchitis many times as well. Yes, there is medication out there that will make you sleep without coughing and I have taken it many times. I'm giving you a list of those medications, perhaps you should ask your Doctor for a prescription next time. Most of the ones listed here will make you sleep very heavilly. And there is also good ole NightQuil.

Now now, everyone...clearly Dina took ALL of these medications for the bronchitis, which is what caused her deep sleep!!

Another thing on my wish list is that I'd like the jury to see Dina's connections to all of the racist hate propaganda about Rebecca and her family (who ARE alive) exposed, especially the owner and members of "that" website. I think it's known to the plaintiffs who the owner is, their connections to relevant players and investigators, and Greer and the Zahau's are just biding their time until outing all of them before trial, subpoenas, etc.

Wouldn't it be a nice kind of justice if federal hate crime charges (for the living members of the Zahaus) could come out of that?

that's a huge one!

My wish is to see them recreate ALL of the steps that Rebecca allegedly went through to pull off the ridiculous alleged 'suicide' . Recreate all of it. Every last thing. Every single little movement. Yeah. Let's see THAT recreated. It's absurd.

Our lists are similar in order...I couldn't agree more. There's no way the Zahau attorneys are not aware of this site. The hate that has been spewed along with the agenda behind the site. My wish is to see a subpoena. Theme song attached to this one, "Rock It Like A Hurricane".

My wish list may be broader than the WDS will cover, but it includes exposing Gore for his absolute joke of a death investigation. I want SDSO to sit on the witness stand and explain why they refused to investigate for a homicide, and instead, made sure the puzzle pieces fit for a suicide. I want to know how many times Gore spoke to Jonah and his handlers over the days and weeks following RZ's death, and what they discussed.

I want the ME to explain what protocol was followed that allowed the victim of a suspicious death to lie outdoors, exposed to the elements and anyone with a view, for 8 or 10 or 12 hours or however long she lay there.

I could come up with an exhaustive list of questions just for the so-called investigators in this case, but suffice it to say that IMO, all the citizens of Coronado and San Diego should be deeply concerned about the integrity and competence of their law enforcement agencies. LE is supposed to apprehend and help prosecute those who do harm, not collude with them after-the-fact.

Rebecca happens to be the victim in this case, but it could be someone else's loved one next time whose violent, suspicious death is swept under the rug because someone involved has money, power, and influence.
