OK...give me the list of TO DO's! I will go back to HT.

1-get copy of receipt if I can from tonights shopping

He doesn't hand it to the cashier at the same time he pays, but isn't he fumbling with his wallet at the beginning, when he places the items to be scanned. It looks to me like he is in his wallet twice or was already fishing it out when he placed the items for purchase.
The scanning has to be done by the cashier unless it is self checkout. The only time I see him at the keypad he is doing his digits for the debit card.

I think he does do the telephone number. She's entering something in the system after she has scanned the items and even after he has entered his PIN. It's actual keypad stuff it looks like and he only touches the pad one more time (to validate the actual purchase with no cash back) after that.

Mom I have been meaning to ask you if the self check outs are open 24/7 in that particular HT. I'm not sure you would know the answer but I know you well enough to know you'd find out. I often wondered why he didn't just use self checkout. Also did anyone notice he went to the exact same register in both trips. is that because no other was open or is that because he wanted to make sure he was seen????

Interesting actions she does. she gets a bag, notices something on her scanner that is so dirty (residue from the detergent or condensation from the juice?) that she cleans it right then. That receipt she prints out is at least 8 inches long.

I think the evidence and mom's test indicate that that's not an original receipt. Not that it matters; it's just that the original couldn't have been produced.

If it is after he has put his PIN number in then the transaction for the amount is complete. He had to give his # prior to finalizing it to get the discount. We get asked if we used debit or credit so they know to have the register give us a slip to sign.

I know, I'm quoting myself. But, look at his actions again just after he puts the the stuff at the cashier. He's messing with something that's either a cell phone or keys right there, IMO. It's in his left hand with the juice, as he's going around to pay, he places this item in his left rear pocket, I think. Maybe it is his wallet, but it looks like he pulls that out as he's going toward the debit card thingy.

I believe self-check outs are closed at 11pm...the front desk is at 11pm I know. This keeps the staff from running between the 2 types of checking out. The self check out is also closest to the doors that are locked by midnight if not at 11pm.

I need to go back and review but I can't play the video right now. Is it possible that what is in his left hand is cash (he paid cash earlier) and he realized he didn't have enough cash so he shoved it in his left rear pocket and got his Debit card out. As I said I can't watch the video right now but it's an off the cuff thought.

Does anyone else think this is a pre-emptive strike prior to the autopsy report coming out ? That report is bound to make some folks pretty upset when it is learned how Nancy was murdered. Me thinks so as that report should be out any day now.

Where are the search warrants for the real perp ? Just wondering, no need to duck.

I'd say K & B are costing him a whole heck of a lot of money, more than Nancy could have bled from him. Hope he is enjoying getting deeper in debt.

Maybe K & B cut Brad a deal ?

A little extra work at a deep discount is worth $$$$ in free publicity ;)

2 1/2 -3 months when tox is required is normal turnaround by NCME.
Yes, this report should be very interesting

All I know is if I was up for murder K&B would have to PAY ME to allow them to represent me. I sure as chit wouldn't be paying them. As Amanda Lamb said - you've never heard of them before this case and you'll never hear from them after..what a bunch of moroons

A lawyer ? Lower fee for publicity - no way, that won't cover the costs of the old C class.

Although the ticker probably is up on their website and they are probably busy seeing who is looking by tracking ip's...

I think he carries his cell phone in his left hand. He does the same thing both times at the register.

IN the 6:22 video, it looks like he is checking whatever is in his left hand and he places that item on the counter while he gets his wallet out of his right rear pocket. It seems like he is checking the time or maybe even expecting a call. He also seems fidgety to me, he gives someone else in the store walking by him a long stare then.

In the 6:40 video, he has it in his hand again, but he puts it in his pocket before getting his wallet out.

I wonder if it will be missing pages and not a complete report as was MY's. We already know (assume) Nancy was drinking alcohol that night. We may find out what the greenish-brownish substance was. I too think it will be very interesting.

Hadn't considered that, actually. But didn't they WANT the autopsy report released? Why the change of heart now?
