Found Safe WV - 11 Yr Old Girl & 2 Other Girls Missing, Raleigh County, 14 June 2018

Shady Spring, W. Va.(WVNS)- Raleigh County Deputies are searching for 3 missing people in Raleigh County.

According to dispatchers, the call came in around 9:52 p.m on Thursday June 14th, 2018 that 3 girls had gone missing.

They were apparently in the woods behind the 1900 block of Pluto Road in Shady Spring.

Dispatchers also tell 59 news one of the girls is believed to be 11 years old.

The Raleigh County Sheriff's department is on scene searching for them as of 12:50 a.m. on Friday June 15th, 2018.

They were last spoken to about 8:30 pm. Then their phones died.

That sounds so ominous to hear multiple phones died. If that’s true there is some troubling explanation.

I imagine that phone call was from a concerned parent saying 'please come back now.' They must be frantic, knowing they are lost.
