I don't know if they have any pets. I did see someone playing with a small kitten behind their house where several people were congregated around the carport. Neighbor 2 doors up has a husky that is 14 years old and has hip dysplasia, not playful. People across from them has a couple of dogs in a fenced yard. Someone said they saw her near that fence at one time.

I was pregnant with twins...and had two little sons ages 4 and 2 to look after all day. Its not so bad. I went full term with the twins and they were girls. I had 4 children 5 and under and it was a full time job to take care of them. Some nights there was little sleep, especially if one of them was sick. But I would sleep near their beds and check on them through the night. Don't all mothers do this?

If the baby A was sick, it would make sense for the mommy to put a soft pallet by her bed so she could hear her and attend to her through the night.

I always take the baby to bed with me if they aren't feeling well to be right there with them if they woke up and needed anything and I was PG with twins at 45 years old..

How do we know grandma lives in the home? and is it confirmed? I thought perhaps grandma was staying with mom while the search was going on.

Maybe that's a bad assumption on my part:

"She never leaves the house unless an adult is with her," her grandma Joann Evans told WDTV

How would grandma know that unless she lived there? I coulda sworn I heard she lived there, but I can't find it now. grrrr...

I'll keep hunting.

Shefner, I also had twins and had a 20 month old at the time, and i hardly got any sleep the last few weeks, toes and heads in your ribs and kicking your bladder, I was up like every hour using the bathroom LOL.
That is why i'm surprised mom didn't take little A's temp until like 9:30....

In a perfect world all mothers would be like that. But, remember where Aliayah was born, her world has been far from perfect, jmo

Thank you again and now I am going to double hug you...

The windows IMHO would not have been the entry or exit way she left that house.

Therefore the front or back door. across from the front of the house is there another house that faces it and in the back by the rear door does another house face it?

Across from the front of the house is another house and from the back door looking out to the left...there is a two room, tiny, tiny house......My aunt died around 2006-07 and she was in a nursing home maybe 8 years before her death so I might not know if anything has been torn down. I seriously doubt that any building of other structures has happened.

If this little sweetie was sick all night and had a fever, the chances of her walking out of the house to go "explore" are slim to none.

Agreed. IF she was sick, I think something happened to her that made her "mess". Possibly the sick version of the story came out later because there is evidence of the mess where little Aliyah was last seen outside of the house. First story, she must have wandered off. Second story, she was really sick. They don't fit together. I don't know if the story is changing as the investigation continues or if the details are just coming out separately, but the details don't jibe, imo.

Also, if Aliyah suddenly had diarrhea for no apparent reason, you'd probably think flu. Would you have a 9 year old sleeping right near her if she was sick and possibly contagious? IDK. My antenna is way up on this one. JMO.

Hi wenc,

Thank you so much for the insightful information. Can you tell me if this is an accurate depiction of the home (circled)?

The lake area (also circled) appears to be what I see on television.

The home labeled 90K is one that recently sold. This is 59 Denison Street. So A's home is either next door, or across the street.

Thanks so much!

There may be a few very organized people I know that could properly keep up with 5 children, but I am not one of them. I can easily see how a mother of that many children could not know where they all are or what they are doing while she is working on the 3000 loads of laundry that come with this many people. I would not know who was inside, outside, awake, asleep, fed, bathed, etc. I cannot even imagine how many cups, plates, or toys one would have to pick up in a day. I could see a mother listening for silence which is often an indicator something is up or that blood curdling scream that someone is hurt. I could see putting the older kids in charge of helping. By 9:30 in the morning, there is no telling who in that household had been inside or outside. I would have lost all but the ones in the womb.

What I am having trouble wrapping my brain around is the driving for 2 hrs after Aliayah is noticed missing. Something is off here. Did she take the kids with her or leave them at home? Maybe she left them at home and is afraid she will get in trouble for that.

I hope they halted the trash at the golf course.
I wonder if step-dad took a back pack or any other large container (tool box, cooler?) to work that day. It is amazing how small of a container a child will fit in to begin with but even more amazing is how little room is needed once someone is deceased.
Not accusing, just wondering.

Interesting points ... and from what I saw posted about Aliayah, she is only appx. 30 lbs., 3 feet tall ...

Mods I have questions about step-dad and if you need to "poof" or "edit" that's okay ... I am just "curious" ... :innocent:

Is step-dad "father" to any of Aliayah's siblings -- I am assuming the "twins" that are on the way -- but what about the 8 month old sibling ?

And does step-dad have any "other" children -- children not from Aliayah's mother ?

Sorry if these have been asked ... and TIA !

MOO ...

I keep thinking of other cases where someone DID come in, quietly, and steal a child with a house full of people.

Jessica Lunsford, CoralRose Fullwood, Polly Klaas, Danielle Van Dam, Danarrhia Finley, Elizabeth Smart, and many many others who are more controversial than these, but were likely stranger abductions in the wee hours. And then there was that girl who was CUT OUT OF A TENT on a camping trip minutes after her older sister had returned from using the bathroom, and the sister slept right through it. A pedophile was convicted, and confessed that he cut the side of the tent out to get the little girl, within about 5 minutes of the teenage sister returning from using the bathroom.

I think it's very possible that this story is what it is. That someone watched the stepdad leave, and walked into the house and got her. Especially with the new video that the mother does in fact appear to be looking for the child while driving around.

I am on LoopNet looking for house info. and got this:

"Property Records near 49 Dennison St – No Results Found

Property Records display all of the information LoopNet has collected on a property such as historical listings, property details, tax details, owners, mortgages, tenants, and more."

Do I have the addy correct???

Weston, WVThere is no property record at this address. Add a Property Record if you know about the property at this location. If your submission is approved, you will receive credit for your contribution."

I think that site deals with people buying and selling homes. If no one bought or sold that home in the last decade or so, there might not be a record there.

Yes, you do have the address correct.

I keep getting this thought in my head, and it won't go away.

My first thought when I heard about the step-father being picked up to go to work was: Did the step-father by any chance carry a large backpack or dufflebag to work with him that day?

I do not for one minute believe that that this little girl who, by all accounts, was sick, just wandered off by herself and has still not been found.

These stories of children being harmed by family members who are supposed to love and protect them are really getting to me. I am becoming quite jaded in my thought processes, and can usually see through the BS that some of these families provide to LE. I know I am not alone in feeling that way.

I have little hope, after all this time, that this precious baby will be found alive--in fact, I think she was long gone by the time LE was notified of her "disappearance."

Just edited to put in the correct quote from LoopNet, includes all searches-historical, taxes, etc. TY

I've been reading that it's "Denison" not "Dennison". I couldn't find much either.

If Aliyah was sick with a fever and diarrhea (flu), it's very possible that she could have been vomiting. She also could have been vomiting from being up crying all night. If everyone in the house were sleeping in late, Baby A could have vomited and then choked or drowned.
Mother finds Baby A in her bed, (fearing CPS will take her children/money away) takes Baby A to the river. Mother claims Baby A must have been abducted or simply walked away.

My house isn't listed on loopnet either. We built it in 1987, have lived here since and do pay the taxes.

Beberu,
Thank you for your input, truly.
Do you happen to know offhand what the temperature of the river is right now or the day she went missing?

Thanks,
Dsn

You are very welcome!!! I don't know what the temp of the water is right off
the top of my head but I know that the nights have cooled down from the summer but I would imagine the water temp has been slower to cool.....I will try to find out definitely.....

Tried Trulia and Zillow - same results (even changed spelling)...Nothing, absolutely no records. VERY strange...Even if a trailer/mobile home was put on empty land there should be SOMETHING regarding the land.
