I like the find Carl with one reservation. she was last seen in Wilmington, NC which is a coastal community and Alta, WV is rather rural. per the circumstances portion of Virginia's Namus profile -

Beach's disappearance coincided with several other local women who were also prostitutes who went missing during the same time. Three of the others have been found murdered and dumped in remote areas in our jurisdiction and in another state.

I received a reply from Regina Reynolds:

Thank you for your assistance and bringing Ms. Beach to my attention. I do agree, there are some similarities. It is however unlikely Ms. Beach, since her DLC was 17 Oct. 2000 and Jane Doe Alta was deceased at least three years prior to being found. That puts her Est. DOD around 1998. Also, Jane Doe did not have neglected teeth, just the small chip in the lower tooth. She also had high quality dental care. Please keep looking, I appreciate all the assistance, I want so much to be able to identify this woman and return her to her family.
