Decedent found by bystanders outdoors near the transit mall in Charleston, WV.

Google search shows this as a Greyhound bus stop and local bus transportation area, along with some other businesses (restaurants, etc).

No real information provided regarding death - low temps were around 35 degrees on both Nov 19 and 20th.

I hope they release a composite or something soon - having a recognizable face can mean the difference between her being identified or remaining as unidentified.
