I can't find where Kenneth Williams has been found. Just his car outside of Morgantown.

It was found near Bakers Ridge Road.

UPDATE: Sheriff Kisner confirmed that the body is an unidentifed female.

Kisner said it is not that the body is unidentifiable, but that the female had no identification on her.

Finger prints will be taken at the morgue to identify the body.

He also said it does not appear to be a suicide.

No news reports of a missing woman in the morgantown area. Lots of students & college groupies that like to hang out at the bars. Her family may not even know she's missing yet.

She was last seen at "Bugsys" bar on Pt. Marion road and "Novichenk’s" on Cheat Road . Hopefully there is a video that might show who she left with. LE was quick to identify the body considering there was no ID on the body. The article said they were relying on fingerprints which means that she must have had a prior arrest. I hope that that an arrest is made quickly.

That link has an update with a surveillance photo of a man (apparently from one of the bars).

The Sheriffs Department has reason to believe the man seen in this surveillance image may have important information in the investigation of Terry's death.

"The Mon County Sheriff's Department has confirmed that Terry's burned car was recently found by State Police.

State Police responded to a car fire along Canyon School Road early Thursday morning. It turns out that car belonged to Terry."

Arrest Made In Terry Murder

Monongalia County Sheriff's Detectives have made an arrest in the murder of Christina Nicole Terry, 33, of Fairmont.
Kevin Utter, 38, of Morgantown was arrested Wednesday and arraigned in Magistrate Court on a charge of first degree murder.

Kevin Utter, 40, of Morgantown, has been sentenced to 43 years in prison for killing Christina Terry, 33, then torching her car nearly two years ago.

Utter pleaded guilty to second degree murder in May, admitting he strangled Terry then ran over her with a car.
