GUILTY WV - Crystal Dawn Kiser, 37, Sissonville, 9 Aug 2019 *ARREST*

  • #21
Kelly's Creek is a good 35 miles from where Crystal was staying (source: I live in between), and not really a destination, especially in the middle of the night. I wonder if her phone has pinged again since?

The last I recall reading somewhere was it pinged sometime on Saturday. That was the last I recall reading.

What would get her out in the woods in the dark like that ? Creepy ... Seems late in the evening for walk without dogs ? Have to believe she certainly needed to get some rest. Praying for her to be found and soon ! JMO

I’m in WV. I can’t find anything on her disappearance, other than LE fb. I have a dog, which led me to wonder if she could have taken her Grandma’a dogs out to use the bathroom and someone gained access to her then. Are the dogs accounted for? Were they inside the home when Crystal was discovered missing?

My dogs have gotten me up at all hours of the night to use the bathroom. If they have an upset tummy, it can be on and off all night. I’m a very paranoid person due to my ptsd, so I’m always watching/listening for a possible nefarious person outside when I’m taking my dog out in the dark. If you weren’t kinda paranoid, it’d be so easy to get taken off guard when you opened the door to let the dog out or when you opened the door to come back in. You’re groggy, so tired and just thinking about being back in bed. I wonder if someone took advantage of that moment to lead to Crystal’s disappearance... All jmo & experience.

Kanawha County deputies continue to search for woman who went missing in Sissonville
There’s growing concern from family and friends as Kanawha County deputies continue to search for a woman who was reported missing last weekend.

[...]

Deputies said her car was still at home on a dead-end dirt road. Her family said it is very unusual for her to not stay in contact.

"Her grandmother has been sick and been in the hospital and she has been caring for her pets and her home and that's all she's been doing is going straight from the hospital, straight to the home and back. There's no in between. She's a good Christian woman, she's a great mother, she's a good wife. There's just absolutely no way she took off,” Kiser’s friend HR said.

I gotcha. There's a riot at our house ! Hope they find her quickly. It's been a week already.

If she had her car , I'd hope she'd just taken herself off to de-stress.I'm worried by this case.

I'm not sure how much of this I can refer to without getting in trouble, but there's a reporter (BA) for Eyewitness News in WV that did a video news story on her which he posted to his FB yesterday. There's an interesting paragraph under it by a relative (ACJ).

If he is a reporter you can link to his post with the video news story and say that there are interesting comments.

This is area where she went missing from.
Google Maps

ETA: All the properties with homes on them on that road are owned by relatives of her family.

Interesting comments on this reporter's story from yesterday about Crystal.

I’m very worried for Crystal. She texted that she was going to bed. There’s a washcloth that she clearly used to remove her makeup with. Her purse is still in the home. Her car wasn’t taken. I wish we knew if the dogs were outside or inside. If she was surprised letting them back inside, though, the dogs would likely be inside. Nothing I’ve read has reported any signs of a struggle. If someone surprised her with a gun, I don’t suppose there’d likely be any signs of a struggle. jmo

There's just so little to go on. I'm really disturbed by the thought that her phone took a trip up Kelly's Creek in the middle of the night, with or without Crystal.
