Thank you I obviously am not planning on visiting. I was curious as to what he was still entitled to before trial. I had hoped he wouldn’t be granted visitors

This plea seems to disregard him stalking her the entire night beforehand. One article had stated he was on camera various business locations that night as well. It showed him driving near the home. Prayers for her family and children

Not me. I hope he serves 19 years, 364 days and then gets the rest of what he deserves. 20 years for murder is disgusting

Man pleads guilty to killing wife, sentenced to 20 years

Prosecutors say Crystal Dawn Kiser wanted a divorce and was staying with her grandmother.

Prosecutor Don Morris has said he believes James Kiser was stalking Crystal Kiser, who had twice filed domestic violence petitions against her husband.

He should of received life in Prison.
He should of been charge with first degree murder.

He should of got 10 extra years for hiding her deceased body in a sad cold shallow grave deep in the woods.

He should of received more years due to stealing her life away from her children and family.

Dawn you deserved life!!!

What’s extremely curious to me is how Dawn’s case went to trial before Riley Crossman’s, and yet RC’s disappearance happened 3 months PRIOR to Dawn’s!
But then again Dawn’s grandmother, whose husband, Bobby Golden, was dealing drugs to his stepdaughter, RC’s mom, & Andy McCauley, her boyfriend...aka the accused murderer, isn’t a magistrate judge like Riley’s grandmother. But hey whatta I know about the corrupt injustices of the Morgan County court system. ahem ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ahem

Dawn's GM's was in Hospital in ICU

Yes that’s what I meant. RC’s grandmother, not Dawn’s. I was (am) so fired up about that entire situation and the obvious injustices that I didn’t notice that big grammar mistake.
