Kim's been missing too long.

I assume the upcoming child custody cases she had was with JC regarding the child that was left at his house while JC "took Kim home".

It's time for something to happen. That poor child has grown up without her mother.

Yes it was about her daughter.
JC told her "you'll never raise that baby, *****(his current wife) and i will" while she was pregnant. Even had the current wife and her parents at the baby shower. He was physically and verbally abusive before, during and after the pregnancy.

Its no coincidence that jc told kimmie the whole pregnancy that she wouldn't be raising the baby. That it would be him and his current wife. He brought current wife and her parents up to ohio from wv to kims baby shower. He abused Kim the whole time.
In the 90s after jc got caught sexually abusing his neice in ohio he and his father moved down to wv where he then would sneak and visit kim while she was a child and he was in his 20s.
He's a nasty pedo and threatened Kim on numerous occasions.
The detective was made aware of all this, plus tons more that hes done. I just cant see how the police wont do anyhting.

She left her place at 11:00 AM with her kid. That's right around lunchtime for a young child. Maybe the ex told her he was taking them to the new wife's parents' house as an excuse to take them to an undisclosed location away from town (if she didn't know the new wife very well.) Maybe the wife "borrowed" Kim's phone to look at photos of the kid to "bond" and then they drove her out into the countryside.

I know this is kind of an out-there theory, but just trying to help and we don't have much information at all to go on.

Oh kimmie definitely knew the wife. He made sure to have her presence known for years. There was no bonding he and hisnwife are nasty human beings.
JC was talking to/dating them both at the same time. His now wife knew about it. Knew he was taking to/dating a mere child. He was still talking to her while he and Kim lived together, and got pregnant and had a child together. He was abusive to Kim even while pregnant. Also while pregnant he told Kim that itd be himself and now wife that would raise the baby, not her. When Kim turned 18 JC moved her to ohio near and with his family. He forgot we knew the he is. When things got bad we tried to keep her in ohio and help her get of her feet and take care of the baby. But he manipulated her(he was verbally and physically abusive) and essentially made her go back to west Virginia with him.

Kimberly Sue Jones went missing on February 3, 2009 and it wasn’t until five days later that she was reported missing.
