There are in fact several missing women from the Cincinnati area as well as from the Louisville, Kentucky area. Cincinnati and Louisville are 1.5 to 2.5 hours apart depending on the route. Bloomfield to Louisville is a little over 2 hours.
What a brave woman. Good for her to put this monster down.
Here is someone who hAs been trying to connect the dots for awhile.

I think it's likely that Israel keyes also dismembered. Samantha koenig was cut up and put in the frozen lake. He was also very concerned with what police would find on a particular knife, if they found it. Don't know if the Curriers we're dismemberedbor not, but I assume so. I could be wrong on this but I also think I remember him referencing to cutting up other victims and putting them into water. That's a good point, Shandram.
Though there are killers who don't have a victim preference or a method preference. Israel Keyes comes to mind.
This fella seems to have multiple posts on his website that Neal Falls was connected to a ton of disappearances, all from girls with blonde hair. Here's a big problem though: The victim who shot and killed Neal Falls had red hair. I'm not sure how much I would take this Bill Warner guy seriously
Which doesn't mean it's not his vehicle. He could have been driving something else two years ago.
As requested, here's side-by-side pictures NF and the MN suspect composite, and I also created side-by-sides of the van and NFs Subaru.

The minivan above is not a Subaru, in my opinion. I also feel it's a stretch to match NF photo with the composite.
This is a copy of David Lohr's post #366 from the Chillicothe thread of Falls's known locations thus far.
Falls' former addresses according to a background check. Obviously you need to keep in mind these records are not always 100 percent accurate:
Henderson, Nevada (May 2005-?)
Albany, Oregon (1998 - ?)
Lebanon, Oregon (1996-1999) Hunting/fishing licenses issued there in 1997 and 1998.
Klamath Falls, Oregon (1990-1992)
Butler, Indiana (Gun permit issued Dec. 2001. Expired in 2005)
Eugene, Oregon (Verizon cellphone registered to a po box)
Veneta, Oregon (T-Mobile cellphone registered to a po box)
Coos Bay, Oregon (1990s)
Springfield, Oregon (last known address)
I wish we knew where he got a traffic ticket in TX.
Thanks for the thread Bessie and thanks to David Lohr for joing us in the discussion.
(First post here, hopefully I'm not breaching any protocols.)It is my understanding from David Lohr’s posts up thread that Neal Falls had lived at Butler, Indiana. I was curious about where exactly Butler was located at in the state of Indiana, so I looked it up on my Rand McNally Road Atlas this evening. I found out from my road atlas that Butler, Indiana is in DeKalb County in northeastern Indiana. Butler is located 37 miles northeast of Fort Wayne and is 10 miles east of Interstate 69 on U.S. Route 6. Butler is also 4 miles west of the Indiana-Ohio border and 23 miles south of the Indiana-Michigan border. A check with Google Maps revealed that it is 216 miles and a 3 hour 43 minutes drive from Butler, Indiana to Chillicothe, Ohio. And Google Maps also revealed that it is 117 miles and a 2 hour drive from Chillicothe, Ohio to Charleston, West Virginia.
