Hard to believe it’s been almost 10 years since Falls was killed.
At one point he told police that someone stole a Uhaul with all his things in it.
That must have been when he quit renting apartments or rooms in homes and started living in his car full time.
I definitely think he stole from the escorts he killed to get his money after his Uhaul was stolen. He stole cash and paid cash. Bitter, angry, methodical.
It was a miracle he was stopped the way he was.

Years ago someone published first person commentary from his coworkers at the Hoover Dam. I remember it being heavily redacted, but also psychologically revealing. Particularly in regard to his behavior toward wild animals and women. After Rex Heuermann was discovered to own a timeshare in Vegas, it created some ambiguity around cases that had previously been attributed to Neal Falls. I don’t believe it’s the last we’ll hear of that.

Also recall seeing police bodycam of NF possibly being cited for sleeping in his car? I can’t seem to find it now, but I wanted to revisit the particulars for timeline purposes.

I'll have to catch up on this thread in more detail...Very interesting. I'll throw this up and forgive me if it's repetitious, but this is a panel from a while ago. The left picture is from Falls HS yearbook, appx 18, in 1989(ish). The middle are sketches made from the I70 survivors memory, in '93-94' (I think) and the last is Falls a couple of years before his death. I find this similarities chilling.
