On Friday , October 18 2019, Officers were dispatched for a missing person on Beech Street.

Richard Allen Smith, 26 years old of Nitro , WV, was last seen at his residence.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts, or who has seen him since Friday please call 304-348-8111 to speak with an officer.
