Found Safe WV - Sean Ballard, 6, Logan County, 5 Feb 2018

Just before 11 p.m. on Monday, February 5, officers attempted to stop a truck for a traffic violation. That truck fled to the Peach Creek area and was found on a dirt road. A passenger inside was apprehended who told officers that Patrick Sean Ballard was driving the vehicle. Ballard, according to the passenger, fled on foot with his son, the 6-year-old boy. Neither Ballard nor his son have been located.

The child is approximately 45 inches tall and weighs 50 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes. He is missing his top two front teeth.
