...the juvenile victim told officers about a sexual relationship lasting over four years with Fitzko. The victim told investigators the assault started since they were 11 or 12 years old and believe Fitzko was 28 or 29 at the time.
...Hammonds took the victim to the doctor to be placed on birth control. Hammonds also told the victim to not say anything about the relationship in fear that Fizko “would die in prison”.

Fitzko has been charged with one count each of incest, sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian to a child, and first-degree sexual assault, according to the warrant for arrest. Fitzko was arrested Oct. 11.

Another person, Tammy Hammonds, 49, of Rock was arrested and charged with the felony offense of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian and child neglect creating a risk of death or injury, according to a second criminal complaint Reed filed on Oct. 11.

What is wrong with this woman? Him, too, but come on, lady. We're supposed to protect our children. And speaking of protecting children, why was the victim even allowed back in the house with Hammonds?

He!! is not hot enuff for these two, IMHO.
So glad the victim has laid it out. Apparently the sexual abuse started when she was 11 and lasted 4 or 5 years with the mom's knowledge and apparent approval. Her mother apparently took her to get birth control. Her mother.

I wonder how this victim will view the possibility of sex when she meets someone she cares about, and someone who will care about her? Flashbacks? Nightmares? Remembering the certain pain she experienced when she was 11, 12, and so on, years before?

Hoping she can have good, sound therapy about this and other bad memories associated with the horrors she endured, in addition to knowing her mother apparently allowing (i.e., approving) what happened. SMH.

I am enraged about this abomination. Let justice prevail.
