Tracy Nacole Carr, 28, of Blount, West Virginia was last seen in the Dunbar area on the morning of Friday, March 9th, 2018.

Carr is described as being 5’9” tall, weighing 160 pounds, and having blue eyes. She now has blonde hair, but the photo they provided is her 2013 driver's license photo.

A report said 26-year-old Tracy Nicole Carr of Charleston, West Virginia, was charged with mistreatment of animals Sunday after her sister said a puppy was missing as she and her brother drove Carr home.
