Found Safe WV - Winifred "Buck Jones" Shoemaker, adult, Oak Hill, Feb 2018

Winifred Shoemaker, also known as Buck Jones, was last seen around two weeks ago near Washington Avenue in Oak Hill. He was reportedly last seen wearing jeans and a hooded sweatshirt. Police describe him as 170 pounds, 5'11" with brown hair.
