Jim Schmidt, Petito’s stepfather, says the family has not yet received Gabby’s remains from the coroner’s office in Wyoming.

“When they are ready to release her, we will be bringing her home,” he said.

Schmidt also said he has not yet received any of her possessions from Florida.

“We don’t stop remembering Gabby and keeping her name out there and fighting for other people out there like her," he added when asked what is next in the case. "She is always with us every day, she is giving us signs. It’s difficult, you know, we have been talking – where do you go from here, how do you go back to normal? Whatever normal may be from here on out."

"But we have each other, we are a big family, we have a huge support network," he continued. "And we are just going to keep pushing forward and living every day and loving every day because that is what Gabby did and that is what we need to do.”

$50,000 reward being offered for Brian Laundrie information

Sean Whalen, an entrepreneur, tells Fox News on Tuesday he is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the capture of Brian Laundrie.

"I am the father of an 18-year-old daughter and what's happened to this girl is every father's nightmare," he told Fox News in an Instagram message.

"I don't much care why or how everything happened, but the unknowns and unanswered questions this father is dealing with are a literal nightmare, a reality that would bring any father to his knees, and from one father to another, me offering some money to help him answer the questions and provide some sort of relief to this tragedy is the least I can do," Whalen added.

New Brian Laundrie’s mother visited Ft. De Soto campground in September, records show | WFLA
TAMPA (WFLA) – A public records request from Pinellas County has revealed that Brian Laundrie’s mother Roberta Laundrie checked into a campground at Ft. De Soto Park in early September.

The record of registered campers shows Mrs. Laundrie checked into “Site 001-Waterfront” between Sept. 6 and Sept. 8.

The record does not state whether she checked into the campground with her husband Christopher or son Brian, Gabby Petito’s fiancé and the person of interest in the investigation into her disappearance and homicide.

Pinellas County has directed 8 On Your Side to the FBI Office in Denver for any additional information requests.

Reposting the document the Pinellas County Communications office sent me {with redactions} that confirms Roberta Laundrie (Brian Laundrie’s mother) in fact did check into site 001 at Ft. DeSoto Park on 9/6 and checked out on 9/8.It does not say who else was with her. @mysuncoast

National Park Service stonewalls public records in Gabby Petito case
The U.S. National Park Service has denied two requests for public records filed by KSL under the Freedom of Information Act. The requests are in connection with the disappearance of Gabrielle “Gabby” Petito.

In a pair of response letters on Tuesday, the agency said release of backcountry campsite reservation data from Yellowstone National Park and ranger body camera footage from Arches National Park could interfere with “enforcement proceedings.” The National Park Service added providing those public records could “afford a virtual roadmap through the government’s evidence” and “prematurely reveal the full scope of the evidence that has been obtained to date.”

Both of KSL’s requests were filed before federal prosecutors last week obtained an arrest warrant for Brian Laundrie.
.....
KSL sought Hulls’ video from the National Park Service in an effort to verify the comments Hulls made to the Deseret News. KSL also sought to glean additional insight into how Petito responded to the characterization of her relationship with Laundrie.

Here's the list of calls the police made to the Laundrie house up until about September 20th.

Fort Myers couple claims they camped next to the Laundrie's in Fort De Soto Park - ABC7 Southwest Florida (abc-7.com)
[...]

ABC7 spoke to a Fort Myers couple who camped next to the Laundrie family on September 6.

They looked back on their photos and found a red truck with a camper attached to it. They are similar to the truck and camper that has been parked in front of the Laundrie family home for the past two weeks.

We asked North Port Police if they physically saw Brian Laundrie on September 11 and they said no. We then asked if police saw him at any point in time after September 11 until the 14th. Police said they have been asked to withhold that information for the integrity of the investigation.

Brian Laundrie is the subject of an extensive search, and the FBI is asking for your help. But would you be able to spot him if you saw him? We took a look at what he might look like if he changed his appearance.
