Mary Andersen Shondel is finally going home.

The body of the woman believed to have been killed sometime around October 1982 will be exhumed and sent back to her family in Minnesota...

Campbell County Sheriff’s Investigator Kim Jones said her office has processed all the evidence it can from the body and wants to return it to her family, but the murder investigation is still active.

Looking back at this thread it seems apparent that WS was integral to pushing the case to completion. The timing of posts and of her solving is too coincidental for LE to “all of a sudden” come up with new conclusions. Edit: Just upset this should have been solved years ago and justice given to her.
