Two reasons for me:

1. I have had the last 10 days off work for Christmas Break, and I really want to call off work on Monday.

2. I have scheduled a total knee replacement for May,(3 months off) so I can be guaranteed not to miss any of the trial.

I'm just going back to work on Monday as well. I'm gonna try and get back early to catch a little bit "live". Who knows...it may be go on for hours.

It's gotten this bad - so I'm sitting on the sofa in what here is early evening watching a movie on the Bravo channel, and they show an ad for a special coming up on Monday night.

It is the Monty Python four part series - and the clip they show is the "woman" with her hair in curlers saying, Spam, Spam. Spam Spam!

I emailed WFTV to find out why I was no longer able to get their live feeds, only to finally figure out my workplace had blocked streaming media. Which they probably did because they noticed one particular employee often having Florida news on in PA.

Maybe you can get in on a family plan with Wenwe -- wifi, nice large screen! They can't block a stream to your own phone, can they? Oh, and get a blue tooth so they can't even hear you doing it!

.....the first thing you check on the computer every day is WS for the daily news updates on this case.

......you set up the 2 & 4 year old grandchildren at the table with their watercolor paints, so they'll stay occupied while a hearing is on, and despite the fact that you're 5 ft away, you don't notice that the 2 yr old has moved from painting on her paper to painting the sliding glass door until it's too late!
(don't call CPS- it was a momentary lapse that won't happen again! She's really fast!)

.....people in your family avoid the word "Florida" 'cos they know it will set you off on a tangent about this case.

at night...my husband turns in for the night and I lay next to him (still up) with my laptop. I have a small lamp on and I click away on the keyboard. Every now and then he "comes to" and says...."Casey Anthony?" and I say "yeah" and he turns over and goes back to sleep.

I think the funniest thing that happened to me... and how I know that I am 100% addicted to this case and forum...

I always stay logged in... I never log out. Ever! I don't know what happened, but one day I wanted to Thank a post and there was no "Thanks" option. First I thought, oh... maybe they got rid of that feature. So, I continued reading. Found a post I wanted to reply to... pushed the "quote" option and it immediately popped open that I was not allowed to reply... and said something like, are you trying to edit someones post? Something like that. I thought I had gotten BANNED. My heart sunk. I was going over and over in my head... WHAT DID I DO WRONG? I literally let this drag on for at least ten minutes. LOL I was devastated!

Finally, I realized that I wasn't logged in? I don't know how it happened? But I can tell you, I have never felt so close to having a panic attack in my life! That is how bad it was!

Yup, I'm addicted!

I have tapatalk for my Blackberry, it keeps me sane when something is "Going On" and I don't have my laptop with me (lets not talk about the fact that I also have tether for my BB and that WS is my homepage<shutting up now>).

For the defense who has and will claim that "bloggers" are obsessed with his client. I have this to say......

All the time spent not making beds, not doing laundry, not cooking dinner, and sleuthing the case looking for clues about Zanny, what could have happened etc....far exceeds any amount of time the accused spent searching for her "missing" daughter.

Who has used their time more wisely?????
