LOL.............I'm guilty of most of what's been stated by others here too!
Here in Southern California, NG is on at 5:00pm and Greta at 7:00pm.
You know you're addicted when plan all meals around what programs are on television. You shove a meal in the oven at 4:55pm and rush to the office (desktop computer and small tv) to watch Nancy Grace.
At 6:00pm, you rush back to the kitchen and announce "dinner is ready" and grab a plate, dish up some dinner, and rush back to the office to eat in front of the computer, just to see what everyone is saying about NG's program.
At 6:55pm you rush back to the kitchen, rinse your plate, and stack it in the sink (adult daughter does dishes). Then rush back to office to watch Greta.
After Greta, you channel surf to see if any other news channels are covering the case.........Larry King, Bill O'Reilly, or Anderson Cooper, and check online with Orlando news media to see if there's anything new, and all the while reading and posting.
You also know you're addicted when you get off-line and you try talking to someone in real life and your speech is peppered with computer lingo.
