I don't think the amount of tape used indicates a man or a woman either way. A fake gag is staging, that's all.

Very interesting. This would certainly simplify any theory, regardless of who delivered the head blow. Maybe there never was any "strangulation" except for the staged cord.Shylock said:

The head blow was the fatal wound. The "strangulation" was merely staging designed to deflect initial interest away from the damage to JBR's head, and to suggest a different kind of injury scenario than what really happened.

And as a final confirmation, we KNOW the head blow came first and is what killed her because John Ramsey says it came last and that the garrote killed her. That's exactly what he wants you to believe--the exact opposite of what REALLY happened.Cherokee said:

My theory is that the local law enforcement people botched the investigation so bad that whatever they have would be inadmisable and they are not going to embarass th4emselves by admitting it. The only flaw in this theory is that I don't think they could pull off such a conspiracy.
